Extremely dissatisfied. After booking this one-night stay, I contacted the hotel several days before check-in due to a typhoon, which made it impossible for us to fly in. Even after clearly stating the reason and providing proof, the hotel still refused our request. Everyone should seriously consider this before booking.

Trip show 4 stay but when stay in, it is terrible like what I take the photo and vedio.

Acceptable for one night stay. Reception friendly and helpful. Rooms dated but clean.

I booked this hotel mainly because I was participating in a marathon. The room has no window and is quite small. However, the bathroom is relatively spacious and comes with a hairdryer and soap. The hot water is stable, and the water pressure is strong — taking a hot shower after a full marathon felt amazing. The bed is very comfortable, and we were able to sleep well. However, the soundproofing is not very good, which may affect rest. There are a few areas that could be improved. For example, more hangers would be helpful. The electric kettle in the room was leaking and caused a minor burn, so I had to go downstairs to get a replacement. Also, there is no mirror in the room except in the bathroom, which is a bit inconvenient. It would be better if a full-length mirror could be installed behind the door. Overall, the hotel meets basic needs and is suitable for a short stay, but there is still room for improvement in the details. Nearby areas have 7 eleven and family mart . Parking are free

Overall okay. The location is good, but you have to ask for water at the counter, and you need to pray on the bed.

The facilities are a bit old, but the room hygiene is decent. It's close to Chinatown and the Terengganu River, so dining is convenient!

The hotel was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly, and the location was strategic. It's suitable for a short stay. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Very reasonable pricing, definitely worth every ringgit. However soundproofing could be better .

Hotel selesa. Staff okay. Dah 3 kali stay sini. Overall semua okay. Parking je agak limited.

The twin room was a bit small. But value for money wise, it's okay. There are also grocery stores and restaurants nearby, within walking distance.

Our check-in and checkout experiences were smooth and easy. Arrived on 7th January after booked a room, unfortunately it was fully booked. Came back on the next day and the receptionist was very polite in explained the hotel rules regarding no smoking, where to park your car, also what time are the check-out time. They also provide surau for Muslim travellers to pray, so it's muslim friendly hotel to be chosen. During your stays, these hotel are near to several melayu restaurants which is 5 minutes driveway from the hotel. Everything is fine for me. Thank you for the hospitality given especially to the hotel staff, because of this pleasant experience I'll definitely recommend it to my others colleague.

The reception said tat if I come late after 7am the booking will be burnt.. This is ridiculous... At least we make a full payment.. Pls don't say tat again to the guest due to the late check in.. Others is superb

The location is near to china town, but the facility is old . The room had a smell, not serious but can smell it. Just stay overnight for next day morning ferry, so just stay in.

Suitable for solo travelers and comfortable, good for those who like privacy.
