Not worth the price.!
needed alot of upgrades..
Room is okay but dont have mirror and have weird smell..
Toilet very old and not clean, dont have sink , towel hanger and mirror..
Second night elevator breakdown.. As i'm staying with elders they cant use stairs have to change to other hotel on that night..
With the price we paid totally not recommended..

The standard room is really clean and comfortable for 2-3 persons. The price is really reasonable and affordable for that kind of place and stay. Also, can get a cheaper price if we book online. Really worth the money.

Check-in is convenient, the room is quite big, I like the decoration style, all are IKEA, fresh and simple. It is very close to Chinatown, there is Watsons downstairs, the room price is also very cheap, recommended to stay! Malaysian durian is really delicious, sweet and soft, I ate Musang King and Black Thorn.

This hotel boasts one of the most convenient and fantastic locations imaginable. It's close to all the key areas, with popular attractions just 15 to 20 minutes away. The room was incredibly comfortable and cozy, spotless, and fresh. From the moment we entered the hotel until we reached our room, everything was perfect, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that truly made us feel at home. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights, and we already miss the hotel! I was especially impressed by the cleanliness and overall maintenance of the property. The housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping the rooms inviting and fresh throughout our stay. It was clear that the hotel takes great pride in providing a clean, comfortable environment for its guests. The common areas were also well-maintained, contributing to the hotel’s welcoming vibe. The attention to detail in cleanliness really enhanced our stay, making it even more enjoyable and relaxing.

The service at this hotel was outstanding and exceeded our expectations. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any request. I was particularly impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the Front Desk team, including Mr. Riduan, Ms. Aida, Ms. Ain, Ms. Aishah, Ms. Aimi, Ms. Syafikah, Mr. Adam, and Ms. Syafiqah. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering helpful suggestions and regularly checking in to ensure our comfort. Their kindness and genuine care truly made a difference in our experience, and their positive attitude significantly enhanced our stay. It's clear that the hotel truly values its guests, and their exceptional service was one of the highlights of our visit. Every interaction with the team was marked by warmth, efficiency, and a true commitment to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. AAnonymous UserBooking bilik superior king room 3d 2n (no window). Tapi boleh request nak katil king/twins single. I request 2 single bed tpi yg ni dapat yg ada window (mengadap ke depan) . Love the aesthetically design/style but cannot with their shower soap/shampoo. Can smell good and bad at the same time. Kadang ii bau okay herbs ii star anise. Kadang ii bila buka part toilet tu bau mcm public toilet dkt rnr. Cadar/blacket ada coklat mark gitu. Maybe tk hilang walaupun dh basuh. Nth la. Tak selesa nak solat very sempit ruang untuk solat sebelah singki hijau tu ha. Mula ii dpt bilik 209 pastu 4pg mcmtu staff bg tukar bilik 210 sbb aircond tkjdi kt bilik 209. Sampai berpeluh peluh tidur malam sbb dia auto. Kita tkleh adjust temp. Lastly, room tiles. Tengoklah sendiri. Tbh not recommended for u to go with friends ke sape ii sbb bilik air tu boleh nampak dri luar kau mandi. Indah khabar dari rupa. Tapi staff baik je. Oh satu lg kalau amik bilik mcmni susah sikit la nak makan dlm bilik sbb kerusi meja dia sambungan dri kepala katil tuje. Recommend duduk 18suites, cheaper, bersih, ada meja nak makan, a bit luas berbanding payang. Air coway pun disediakan ktsana.

The hotel is really close to the payang market. in the middle of the city. Can be reached on foot. In front of the hotel there is a white mosque. Muslims can pray near there.
Only this is an old hotel. So the furniture is all old. Receptionists are all friendly. Really satisfied. School holiday fully book. Must book early.

GGuest UserComfortable stay. The buggy drivers could’ve been more friendly and accommodating. Housekeepers are very friendly (they better suited to be at the counter/buggy as the social skills are better)
We need to follow the buggy to our hotel by car. The first buggy driver we need to follow — he’s okay but as he need to usher another family, he passed it to another buggy driver in the middle of the journey.
But no 2 ways communication I guess, we didn’t even know that we should follow another buggy until we missed a junction and noticed this second driver only then was signalling us to follow him.
And once we arrive at the place which is not a single unit (got multiple units at one area) he quickly tries to leave. I need to call him back before he was away to reconfirm which one is the building we are staying in. He looked annoyed when I asked, but he didn’t even explain properly… I should be the one who is annoyed tbh.
The hotel is okay. It would be better if the staff are a little bit more accommodating and brush up on their social skills. It will significantly improve the staying experience.
