Very Good
HH MatthiasLocation was central in a small town, with several restaurants within walking distance, though not much to do at night.
Room was sufficient, though hotel is in dire need of upgrading. Old facilities and furniture, looks very run down.
Staff were generally OK and responded to the WhatsApp requests, although the night shift man was very unprofessional and unhelpful - slept on the sofa in front of the check in counter, had to be waken up just to ask him for some directions.
Generally OK for a 1 or 2 night stay when in the area, just for sleeping.

GGuest UserThe cleanliness of the room is not satisfactory..the sheets are dirty, the mineral water is only open and drinkable..the bathroom sink needs to be repaired..the toilet bowl liner needs to be changed..it's not in the center..it's lucky that the hotel is strategically located near the hospital and restaurants..if not, then there's really no point in staying here..
