I had a wonderful stay at Greystone Scarletz Suites! The infinity pool was definitely the highlight for me—it offers incredible views, and it’s the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. The pool area was clean and well-maintained, making the experience even more enjoyable. The suite itself was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. The location is convenient, close to great dining spots and city attractions, which made getting around easy. The staff were friendly and always available to assist, adding to the overall pleasant experience. If you’re looking for a relaxing stay with a fantastic pool and great views, I’d definitely recommend Greystone Scarletz Suites. I had a great time and would happily stay again!

Location is great staff and the best thing in this hotel is swimming pool much better

the view of the city is perfect. rooftop pool is more beautiful than in the picture. the hotel is very clean. I am glad that I washed all the clothes that I could not wash during the trip. The washing machine had a dryer, so it saved a lot of time. I would like to express my sincere thanks to the reception staff who very kindly helped me when I needed to print some urgent documents.

Good Location and near to suria twin tower

I don't recommend staying here. It says check in at 15:00, but I waited until 15:40 to get the room card. When we got to the door, the staff inside was just about to clean up. It was a mess. We didn't actually check in until 17:30. It's self-evident how tired we were during that time. And they said they would clean up once every three days, but they didn't. There was only one dining table and chair in the family room. I was forced to sit on the sofa to eat, but the sofa leg broke when I sat on it. It was scary. The repairman turned the sofa over and saw that the wood underneath was broken. For our own safety, we asked them to remove the other three legs. No matter what questions you ask the hotel, they don't have any.

The best value for money in the center of Kuala Lumpur with benefits in the form of a pool with a view of the TV tower, a gym with a view, a kitchen with good dishes. It's a 15-minute walk to the Petronas Towers, 10 minutes to the metro. There are several good coffee shops nearby. The only downside is the queues for the elevator due to the large number of people, it can take 20-25 minutes to go down.

I really want to complain about this hotel. Because the typhoon flight was suspended, I randomly found this hotel near the original hotel. The description on the Ctrip page was pretty good. It was a suite, so I booked it directly. It's also my fault that I didn't read the text description carefully. The hotel is in a building that can be said to be a collection of hotels. The front desk downstairs will go to the counter number to get the room card according to the hotel you booked. It's not the hotel front desk, but the person responsible for getting the room card for you. Entering this lobby is a strong sour smell, which is disgusting. After taking the room card upstairs, we found that the so-called suite only had a very small room, and we didn't find two beds, so we thought we were given the wrong room. When we returned to the front desk, the front desk said that they didn't care and asked me to contact the hotel. At this time, a man came to ask (I thought it was a hotel staff), and he said that he had a big room and asked me to cancel the reservation and ask him directly. I decided to call Ctrip. The overseas customer service was very enthusiastic to help me contact the hotel directly. The hotel sent a staff to see the room, and then told me that it was this room. The other bed was pulled out from under the bed, and it was impossible to sleep. I was not allowed to cancel the reservation. Ctrip gave me a discount. I had no choice but to stay here. The quilt and pillow were very dirty. I hope everyone will not make the same mistake.
