Very loud "breaking" and "cracking" of wood/metal late night and early morning 1am to 5am waking me up abruptly!!! No electric kettle, no complimentary mineral water, no instant tea&coffee provided as minimum room service, although tea cups provided!

Swiss Garden Residences actually always being my top recommendation for accommodations while my trip to Kuala Lumpur cause the location, huge accommodation and good price. But it’s my firstime staying there again since start covid 19. The Quality of furnish is old, some stuffs broken and even the wifi or ordinary facility like Netflix or YouTube on their TV entertainment no have. But if you want staying just for rest and sleeps only after explorers Kuala Lumpur in good location. So recommended.

We stayed in room S1003 managed by Maple Home. 1. The room has no phone to contact reception. 2. Does not provide the usual 2 bottles of mineral water per day 3. Only provide 1 waste bin in the toilet....none in the room itself. The floor coating in the shower was peeling & the ceiling Infront of the toilet bowl was leaking with a few drops of water at intermittent intervals. 4. Does not provide coffee/tea set in the coffee making tray....only provide the electric jug with 2cups & teaspoons We are definitely disappointed . On top of it all the room was described as premium suite ... unbelievable !

The apartment is good, but they did not offer drinking water in the apartment. The TV is too small, and the sofa is not clean or presentable.

Strategically located and also nearby to the eateries, groceries shop. We have a nice stay there.

Really bad this booking was sacm totally changed with pictures that the upload on trip.com don’t have drinking water ac not working. Ac very old I think from 1990 toilet don’t have hands wash pap Just have one room other room is open that can’t call room same as safe My advice to all guys please don’t waste your money to booking this rooms. 100% sacm One more thing Wi-Fi also not working

This the worst hotel I’ve had for my whole life, and I am a full time traveler. I should have listened to those negative reviews that sounded the alarm. First of all, the bed and sofa have bed bugs. The buggiest and most toxic ones I’ve ever encountered. I found out in the middle of the night after 2am. So front desk was already closed and these was no way for me to change room. I managed to kill two of the bed bugs but there were many more. I couldn’t sleep for the whole night. My whole body is now full of those bites. Second, the AC is not working. Despite setting the temperature to 16 degree, the whole room felt like a furnace. Only the fan is working but it is so loud that you can fall asleep with it on. Third, there is a decomposed corpse of a pigeon outside the window with the head chopped off. Clearly it was dead for a long time and no one bothers to remove it. Next day I made a complaint to front desk but was told to email customer support. I did so, and no reply at all. See the photos below. You’ve been warned. Don’t make the same mistake that I made.

When enter the room, it was worth the amount that I spend for last minute booking. Have a lots of amenities and comfortable room, will get into this place again in future

Let me say the ‘service’ was not on par…from checking in …etc,but did they Ever make up for it in Every thing else! I mean this place + stay was “over the top” simply fantastic…..(I was blown away)😳😁….!!! The Value for booking a stay is one of the Best I seen in a long time *** hands-down!!! My next stop in Malaysia & Swiss Garden Residence….. is a ‘Must’!!! (kudos )to you guys behind the scene….your place left a lasting & real good feeling..(it’s not easy to get that when you are traveling & have so much options 😁🤨👍(keep up the good work 👍🇱🇷🇯🇲

Good location, good sized room. Looking a bit tired now. But quite good value.

It was pretty nice, clean and tidy! Also the pool and faculties was good.

the room have baby roaches which is doubtly clean yes? room is spacious nice cold aircon. bathroom is big but i dont like the concept but its good enough to shower. good amenities
