Location of the hotel is great - SFO downtown. Hotel staff service - average and not exactly willing to do any extra mile. Room is spacious but design could be better improved to be more modern.

Convenient location, however if taking BART , walking from Powell station to hotel is an upslope. We had 3 luggage with us, even that it's a short walk, can be challenging. Food from bin480 is pretty good, we used our daily $30 credit there.

Nice and convenient across the Philippines consulate we came for a party so we just crossed the street. Friendly staff and clean rooms

Great location right smack in the middle of SF. There’s a Walgreens diagonally opposite, so that helps 👌

Our bedsheet is not changed when we first checked in and theres a mandatory additional $29 USD “destination fee” per day which is not stated in the booking. The location is great, right next to union square. Breakfast is very basic, can be better for Marriott standard.

The hotel is right next to Union Square, a 5-minute walk away. It is also not far from Chinatown, a 15-minute walk away. The tram terminal is also nearby. The room is spacious, the bedding is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is great value for money. There is also a $30 voucher, free bicycle rides, and welcome drinks.

Facilities: Old, especially the shower room and bathroom system in the bathroom, which still have the fixed shower head and shower curtain of the 70s and 80s, instead of a separate shower room, and the bathtub feels very old. Hygiene: There are a lot of hairs left on the bathroom floor by the last guest, which is obvious. Environment: The surrounding environment is good and convenient. Service: Very average, we checked into several rooms, but the room allocation and card issuance were completely messed up when checking in. One room was given a room card with the luggage of another guest. It was very embarrassing. I found the front desk staff to solve the problem, but the other party kept emphasizing that it was the fault of the booking platform and had nothing to do with the hotel staff. If there is a better choice, I recommend everyone...
