Good location, walking distance to transport At night, a bit quiet ,can sleep well, Need walk around 8 minutes got alot of Chinese food stall. Only thing night counter staff no very friendly, ask something all don't know say I'm only night counter staff, anything you want to know tomorrow morning then ask counter incharge,. So I don't understand why your hotel put one staff member work at night and can not help the guests. Otherwise, the rest are all OK

This hotel is a nice place, have a lot of shop near the hotel the us very good

My 2nd stay here. The location is a banger as it is located in the city center. An LRT station is nearby too, and it's connected to the lalaport mall which is just across the street from the hotel. Hawker stalls aren't far either, just a five minute walk to a bunch of kopitiam in the area. Service was great, my rooms toilet bowl was stuck and the staff settled it for me quickly. Cleanliness could be improved as I noticed the floor wasn't swept and some rubbish weren't thrown.

The only downside is the check in takes a long time. Others are okay.

Definitely will not repeat to stay there again. The room was spacious but other than that it was not worth your money. The breakfast buffet was not good also.

There useally staff are working just morning and evening hour, not helpful most of the times. Maximum things are broken .. they are changing.

Located at a very strategic area of pudu food heaven everywhere, transportation to bukit bintang, changkat, klcc is easy as there's mrt, taxis . And one of the better midtier budget hotel you can find in the heart of kl

It was good just the room has no internet. So for those travelers that working this hotel is not for you

It was good but the only thing i was frustrated was the toilet seat was not uneven. It could be much better. And i left my telekung there. Hopefully its still there.

I Enjoyed with my small family our 5 days stay in Malaysia at Hotel Sentral Pudu , the location is perfect and near to all what you need in KL , the room is clean , the stuff is so friendly , Wifi is so fast , drinking water 24hours , iron , hair dryer, Ac is perfect. Actually it's my second time to stay here the previous stay was in 2020 Jan , the quality never changes here ❤️
