This hotel is quite good for location. Surrounded by the plazas & near to bukit bintang. It’s a quite old hotel but very well in cleanliness. If you rent a car in KL this hotel offered a parking lot at Plaza Low Yat just across the street. I’m not sure wether there’s a new management or not but this last time i visited, this hotel has just downgraded the services. Such as the toilet amenities,room amenities and also the breakfast limits from menus until the duration time. The receptionist some were nice but some were not especially while welcoming the guests. Overall this hotel was just good. For the consideration with the price that the hotel given, they should have improving the services. They are many similiar hotels with the same price even the 4/5 stars hotels.

Had to extend my stay. The location is good but the room facilities are poor as per my previous reviews. My next trip i will try a different hotel in this location.

Stay here just for the location. Hotel is a decent 3 star. Room is clean and aircond is cold. Bfast is decent for the server not very friendly. Grumpy face and didn't smile at all. Surrounding hotel plenty of food and mall. Suitable for those into retail therapy and foodies.

We found that connection door is unlock so we have clarify with reception. The receptionist said there is nobody live the room beside and will ask somone check for us. At night we heard someone 'try' to open that connection door at beside. Again we call receptionist again and they say will ask housekeeping come to check. Lastly is quite from beside but there is no any result/conclusion from the receptionist. BTW, the location and the view is nice!

The breakfast at Federal Cafe was nice and not expensive. Very tasty. I like the food varieties. Good selection. Keep up the good food!

I stayed at Hotel Capitol Kuala Lumpur for one night and had a comfortable experience. The location is excellent — right in the heart of Bukit Bintang, very close to shopping malls, restaurants, and public transport. The room was clean and well-maintained with all basic amenities. Staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, it’s a great value for money and ideal for short stays or business trips. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Locations is very accessible and all shopping centres are within walking distance, MRT is also near by. Counter staff are very friendly and polite and is very accommodative in all our requests.

location was nice but the showeroom room and seat need change new,the hot water for bath take long time,worth the price to stay too and location,will come back again

At the heart of Kuala Lumpur, room is clean, staff are nice & the view from hotel room is awesome 👍

Great location! Pavilion, Lot 10, etc are all within walking distance. And free parking really helps.
