Mingming's reserved superior king bed room. When I checked in, they downgraded me to an ordinary single room on the grounds that I didn't have a room, and the charge was still according to the advanced king bed room.Not a good stay experience.

Facilities: It is a 4-star hotel with a long history. The lobby, elevator and dining room are very old-fashioned hotel style. Hygiene: It is very clean. There is free water in the room and the mini bar is also free. Environment: There are Carrefour supermarkets and other places around. It is convenient for eating and shopping. There is a bus when you go out.

Old, no kettle, except close to the Bernabeu Stadium, can't find any benefits

It takes only 8 minutes to walk to the Bernabeu, and it is about the same to the subway station. Bus No. 14 goes directly there, and it is convenient to go to the airport station. The room is average and small. The breakfast is not bad.

It didn't seem like a good hotel to me and it's from the NH chain... they didn't have air conditioning in the rooms... the rooms were very small, the old structure. And the service was very regular... I definitely wouldn't go back... I'd better believe the NH euro tower

The room that I booked through trip did not correspond to what the hotel tried to assign me. I put a room of 16 square meters and the reality was that it didn't even reach 10... Just a single bed and a desk that couldn't be used because there was a TV on top. Plus it wasn't renovated I had to pay an additional fee at the hotel to get an NH room. The hotel blamed Trip for this problem.

Everything was fine, I had an accident and they fixed it quickly.
