Hotel staff is friendly with a spacious lounge to sit over, alongside a nice cafe. The internet at this room was much better compared to my last experience at a different room in this hotel. You may ask for a window room with better internet availability. If you’re only looking for a sleepover, some hostels around are also considerable options. Remember to book online, over the counter rates are higher and may also charge you extra if you’re using cash such as transaction and bank charges.

The price is reasonable for the room. The reception staff is lovely and provides good service.

Location so strategic. Basic amenities provided such as drinking water, coffee but no tea. New hotel. Request to check in early, able to check in after 12.00pm

Place is bit quite but need to walk extra a bit to reach the metro stations.

The hotel was fine, good location and big lobby with decent rooms. Despite that, the bed sheets and pillowcase were very nasty, with many yellow and red steams. I bet you could improve this because it’s not nice for guests to find a nice bed but after one night finding out that it’s actually dirty.

The place is quite strategic near the city and luckily i got the city view and can watch petronas twin tower and kl tower eventhough i had only got twin single room. The room is clean but one thing that upset me is that they only received cash as deposit. So travellers, please prepare your cash.

The hotel location is good. The people work there are nice. The hotel itself is ok. Not very clean and has some insects. But for the price it's worth it and it's the best with that price range. And location is a plus

Charged me extra 100rm for early morning check in while other hotels did not. Tried to get partial refund back since the cost of an extra night wouldn't cost 100rm to stay. No luck. Endured three nights of sewer gas coming back up from the drains. Only helped a bit leaving the bath fan going continuously. If you do not mind stale air, sewer gas, short sheets or damp musty air this is the place for you!

Stayed a night in this property, found a great deal in trip.com. Location is just perfect, opposite to the pudu Sentral and 5 minutes walking distance from petaling street. It's a good hotel for short stay in a convenient price.

Well this was the second time choosing the hotel,because the welcoming staff give that warm and friendly welcame .that my little girl references to it as home.

The hotel is located on an alley of sorts with loads of other hotels. It seems to be located in an Indian community- early is a temple with many worshipers. Chinatown is about a 10 minute walk with loads of restaurants. The hotel is large again a bit outdated but it was explained to me this was due to covid and the hotel was closed for 3 years. The room is SMALL. For one person it is ok but for two IMPOSSIBLE! The a/c seems to be no working it never got cold! It is ok hotel for 1 night stay.
