The hotel is very conveniently located, super close to the subway station and easy to reach from the train station. There are lots of facilities available at the hotel at different prices: kids playground and sauna’s, swimming pool, spa, massages etc. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel for families that want to have a relaxing trip.

The hotel has an old but fancy vibe too it. It is clean and the staff is very friendly. There is a huge pool in the centre. Breakfast is good but the opening hours could be longer. Location is good.

Service, staff and price…. Everything is perfect ! I’ve stayed at this wonderful hotel for four days and been deeply impressed by the hospitality and quality of the service the hotel has offered . Squeaky clean from inside out and housekeepers super helpful and accommodating! I will definitely come back in the future and recommend it to my friends coming to Shijiazhuang, China. If I have to say anything needing improvement , I’d like to suggest that the hotel management be a little tougher on the guests half naked in the restaurant for the breakfast buffet. I understand they might just come out it the cozy and hot Sauna. However , public decency also needs to be observed and displayed . By the way, I made a video clip on the half-naked male guest in the restaurant and the hotel employee standing on his side with a shirt in hands trying to convince the man to put it on . After posting it onto TikTok , it has more than 5000 views in two hours worldwide !

I stayed a couple nights. The room is large and nice. Non smoking, yet there's a bug glass ash tray in the room. Good thing it did not stink of cigarettes. When I checked in the front desk staff for some unknown reason decide it was necessary to take a photo of every single page of my passport. It felt very invasive.
