The lift is too slow and forced us to wait a longer time. The check in speed is also very slow. Not like a 5 star hotel

Amazing suite that truly feels like home. The check-in process was fast and smooth. Just a small tip—avoid using the lift at 12 PM, as it tends to be crowded and slow. We had to take the lift up first just to go down because it was always full.

Beautiful room, lots of space in the room, view of other hotels, walking distance to the train station, very close to everything - about 2-3 miles away from popular attractions, limited amentities, no comb, no shaver… beautiful lobby, check in took quite long because only 1 guy at the check in desk, other than that, everything is fine…

The room is spacious but it’s a little bit old. I can understand the apartment is very big so certain parts were dusty which is not a big issue for me. We did see some small cockroaches. Luckily we had staffs came and make up the room every day. Another issue is the lift, sometimes we did wait for a long time to get up and down.

Room is fantastic. Huge and spacious and all functional utilities. Place only abit isolated by one entry. Otherwise nearby to every other malls. Beautiful room view

The room has a very bad smell (humidity) and the receptionist was not friendly. Rooms are not conform to the photos. Rooms without a city view. There is a wall in front of our window.

My wife & my 2 kids had a great time at The Face Suite. The apartment is spacious. The pool view is great. There is nothing to dislike about this place.

The hotel had excellent facilities, including a fitness center, outdoor pool, and a great on-site restaurant. The staff was very friendly and attentive, and check-in/check-out was a breeze.

Face Suites used to have direct views of KLCC from the window. Not anymore, as they’ve stood up another building right in front (Face style), which blocks the view. Other than that, fantastic service and location is pretty good too.

First of all my booking was king room , they only have double beds rooms , second I asked them to cancel my booking because the booking with real room not matching , they said ok cancel , and I went to book other hotel , after I booking other hotel and I check in they said my booking is not refunded

Tbh all good. Just the lift omgggg so slow have to wait for quite some time. That’s annoyed me the most
