Big room n comfortable, good location and have private parking beside the hotel. The only need to improve is the water inside bathroom is leaking.

Impressive environment and every corner is clean. 24 hours gate open, but very secure. If someone wants to stay with family I would say "what are you waiting for?" & The hotel lobby is also perfect for meetings.

Hotel in a very strategic location, 5 mins walk to Jalan Alor, 10 mins walk to Pavilion. Hotel is a bit poorly constructed, even it was newly refurbished....

A great budget hotel! Thana, the manager and Par at reception were most welcoming when I checked in. It was like coming home. Room was clean and bedsheets were spotless. Location is premium. Close to everything! Jalan Alor is just a stone throw away. There you can find your favourite Malaysian street food. Pavilion shopping mall is close by and Chinatown is within walking distance. All in all I enjoyed my stay there.

Good service, good facilities, clean room, cool AC, stayed for 3 nights and extended another 2 nights. Location near jalan alor, coin laundry is nearby. Public transport available so you can travel anywhere. Very convenient!

There was a big cockroach in my room. Staff should be trained to focus on work, customer service.

The location is good. But bedroom with window can heard noise from the road sometimes.
