This is good for longer stay and self-arrangement as it is a service apartment, not a hotel. The room is quite species and very convenience to walk. Just five minutes away from twin towers and shopping mall.

The room is nice and spatious, except the bed which is not 1,90cm whether you could expect 2 meters for this kind of standing. But the problem is with the service, there was absolutely no flexibility for early or late check in which could have made our stay more enjoyable. The description did not match the reality, there was only one swimming pool, don't look for the other one because it doesn't exist. Those things are not acceptable for 5 stars, I will go somewhere else next time

We had a great experience overall with these apartments. The location is excellent — central, safe, and close to everything we needed. The apartment itself is spacious, well-furnished, and clean, with a great layout and a beautiful view. It’s a comfortable place to stay, and everything worked well throughout our time there. One thing we would like to note, however, is the 300 MYR cash deposit that was requested upon arrival. While we completely understand the need for a deposit — and it was fairly returned upon checkout — it would have been much better if this had been communicated clearly in advance. Not everyone carries cash, and in our case, it created an inconvenience as we had to leave to withdraw money right after checking in. A simple heads-up beforehand would have solved this. Other than that, everything was smooth, and we’d gladly stay here again in the future.

Spacious, Well-Equipped, and Excellent Service! I loved staying here! The space is incredibly spacious, which made our stay so comfortable. The place is fully equipped with everything you could need—microwave, oven, washing machine, and even a bathtub for relaxation. The customer service was outstanding too. The team responded quickly to messages online and was always polite, helpful, and kind. Highly recommend this accommodation for anyone looking for a convenient, well-appointed, and welcoming place to stay!

This is the worst room and service that we had all over KL. The toilet is so smelly, the bedsheet seems like not being changed for quite some time, the water pressure is low, and to make it worst is, the floor is sticky and oily. We supposed to check out at 11am, and the bangladeshi staff knock our door at 10:30am and straight away check all the room and ask us to leave. He even want us to rate their room infront of him. And not to forget, they will ask for RM 300 cash deposits or else they will not hand over the room key. Only cash ya. During our stay, 2 times our door been knocked by other guest saying that they are supposed to stay in our room and show us the same room key as ours. This is so messed up. To all, there are better accomodation with cheaper price and better location compare to this. As summary, very bad stay, bad service experience.

Great stay as usual at mews have been coming here every other year to enjoy the skyline. Customer service was good, the check-in process a little bit different than usual but well guided thru. Customer service team was able to change my parking spot upon request.

The unit is well maintained and have a 5 star’s level charm to it. You have everything you needed throughout the stay from hair dryer to washing machine and kitchen’s cooking appliances. However, you might need to bring your own toothbrush for the stay. They have a smart TV for entertainment and a bathtub is a bonus although I have no chance to use it yet due to tight schedules. The management team is very responsive and helpful. Well done! Will definitely coming back for the next trip!

Towels old and smelly ！ The air conditioning in the master bedroom is not working properly, the air conditioning is not clean and there are fingerprints on it.The mattress is too hard, don't stay if you require a soft bed. 750 1 night is not a reasonable price.
