Close to the twin tower (5-10 min walk). Hotel staff was very polite, greeting me every time when I met them.

Everything is good and fine. Good location, helpful and friendly crew. The breakfast serves is all right and value for money. It would be better if welcome drink is served.

During breakfast, told the front desk staff my room number and was guided to a table, went to take food and came back seeing other guest on my table, check with the guest and found out that another staff also brought them to the same table. Hope hotel can improve on managing the table for guest as i stayed two days on both days other guest took my table and created awkward moments for us. Anything else is all goods, love the seafood buffet.

Nice and clean hotel, super happy with the hotel and room, will definitely come back again, wonderful hotel. Grateful for the help and service provided by Sheng from front desk and Azly from room service and the wonderful team at Crowne Plaza. Will recommend anyone who’s going to KL, very nice hotel. Nice, modern and big room, as expected, overall wonderful.

Room is awesome with the tub. It’s cosy and it’s just nice for 2 of us. Aircon is abit cold even after we tried to adjust it. Overall it didn’t affect our stay. Would love to stay here again. Service given is warm & friendly vibe.

The pillow stinks. Overall since its pretty new hotel, customer services should be improved tremendously. The food served during lunch time take ages.

Thanks for the deco and cake for us celebrated♥️but I'm Miss they wrote Mr.🤣 Anything was good, the guard like want to help us open the door but walk slowly we ady stand front of door and open ourselves hahaha. If want to use public transport it is a bit of distance walk there.

Service was great but the deposit was not refunded promptly. Most hotels refund deposit within 7 working days. It's been almost 4 weeks after I check out and the deposit refund is still not reflected.

Spacious, sparkling clean room, awesome view, comfortable pillows and most importantly the bed is so comfy! Love the warm welcome from the concierge and front desk. Would like to shout out to Rose for making sure my requests are well taken care of, she took the extra mile to make sure the surprise went well. Really appreciate her a lot. Will definitely be back again ✨

Nice hotel. Can’t close the curtain at the shower room, they send someone very shortly and this bro Jahid was very friendly, you should definitely encourage and reward such kind of staff. Love ittt!
