Service was great but the deposit was not refunded promptly. Most hotels refund deposit within 7 working days. It's been almost 4 weeks after I check out and the deposit refund is still not reflected.

Spacious, sparkling clean room, awesome view, comfortable pillows and most importantly the bed is so comfy! Love the warm welcome from the concierge and front desk. Would like to shout out to Rose for making sure my requests are well taken care of, she took the extra mile to make sure the surprise went well. Really appreciate her a lot. Will definitely be back again ✨

The room is not too big even i booked for premium room, but really exclusive & modern. The bed is quite hard for me which is not really comfortable as i prefer softer type of bed. Breakfast was amazing. I will be coming here again just for the breakfast. Everything was soooooo delicious & fresh. Staff was really helpful. The hotel is quit small and in the centre of city. U can go to klcc just by walking. Everything was amazing. Only theres an odor coming from the drainage system in the bathroom. Maybe they should do some cleaning for the drainage system.

First time stay . Feel so good .! Love the breakfast so much especially roti canoi

The first day, when we returned from dinner, around 11pm, we found out there was so many insects in the bath tub, even the hotel tried very hard to spray insect killer, they still actively moving around, my first time i experienced, very disapointed. After about an hour, we decided to change room and the hotel agreed. Fortunately, the other room was ok, thank goodness, we could evetually get a shower and sleep. The hotel, other service like breakfast, location, etc. were acceptable thought.

Excellent location, an easy walk to Petronas Towers.  Staff extremely friendly.  Breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious blend of Asian and Western food. Room was spacious and clean.

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel. From the moment we step in the lobby, we already feel the warm welcome from the staff. For Sheng (front desk staff), thank you for making our check in so smooth. Even though there is another hotel in the view (our was partially), we don't mind because the services, cleanliness and everything was so perfect. Breakfast was amazing. Roti canai tip top. Thank you for the great experience.

Hotel was clean and comfy. Can easily grab anywhere. Parking is free for hotel guest

First of all I would like to say a great service from the front desk to housing keeping, everyone is of great help and truly enhanced my stay. Amazing friendly staff service, marvellous amenities and beautiful luxury interior decorations made my day. The rooms are uniquely designed with wonderful art decorations and great layout.

Wanted to try the new hotel in town, everything was superb so far! Easy access to KLCC and hotel overall is very clean with chic/simple designs.

A spanking new hotel with lovely amenities. The Merchant on floor 13 serves great food with a good price range. The staff is friendly and kind. We really enjoyed our stay. Easy check-in and checkout. Ten minutes away from Pavilion mall.

I enjoyed my stay there thoroughly. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Faizal helped with the check-in and the whole process was very smooth! Would love to return again someday.
