Excellent location, 3min walk to main square in Krakow, 10min to train statio. Classic buffet breakfast, lots of choices. 

A Gem in Krakow! Breakfast is good, and location is the best. Will stay here again if I visit Poland in the future.

The price is reasonable, great location and a very large free breakfast choice.

Breakfast was excellent. The only little minus - we could not open blinds on the windows.

Located in a quiet location. Just a min walk to the old town and 10 mins walk to Krakow Glowny Station. It's a reasonable price with breakfast included. Don'y hesitate if you have a budget limit. It's surely worth the price.

Great location. They let us checked in early as room already available which was very nice. Everything else was great.

A very convenient location and a good selection for breakfast. Only negative comment is that the rooms are not quiet. It’s hard to sleep with the sound of the cars and trams right outside the window.

We had booked a three-person room with father and two sons, to make a trip to Auschwitz. The hotel was about an 8-minute walk from the main square in the centre of Krakow. What we found a disadvantage of the hotel was that there was no lobby, and there was also no space to sit down and have a drink. The hotel was very old-fashioned and very musty. The staff was also very unfriendly. The three-person room was also very musty, the bathroom had a shower toilet and a mini sink, toilet size. It was very small to wash yourself and brush your teeth. We stayed there for 4 days, during that time there was no cleaning, beds were not made and no clean towels. The coffee or tea was also not replenished. The breakfast was in the basement of the hotel. A very uninviting space and very cold. Breakfast was very limited and no fresh products. Such as dried-out meats that were offered several days in a row. In short, a very bad hotel with unfriendly staff. Not worth repeating for us.

It's a 10-15 minute walk from both the old town and Krakow station. If you go through the park, it's a little scary at night because it's dark. It's a pretty park during the day~ There's a Carrefour Express nearby, so it's good for buying food. It's a little old and has an antique feel. Breakfast is included, and it's not bad for the price. Breakfast has everything you need (cereal/bread/yogurt/salad/eggs, etc.). The bathroom is very small. And the springs are creaky, so if you toss and turn a lot and are sensitive, avoid it.

Hotel far from tourist attractions. Breakfast is expensive for what it offers, €15 per person/day. The room was not very clean, there was dust in the bathroom cabinet. The sheets on one of the beds had not been changed and even had hairs on them. I do not recommend it.

We had a really solid stay at the Hotel Maximum in Krakow! I think our room 201 was a bit of a stroke of luck in comparison - big and nice and quiet, as it faces the back. You can't hear the tram that runs right outside the door. The location is great: it's only a 10-15 minute walk from the train station, and the airport is also easy to reach because there's a stop just 10 minutes away. The city center is even closer, just a 5-10 minute walk. The price-performance ratio is definitely right, we were completely satisfied. The breakfast was OK, but you shouldn't expect German standards - the things weren't chilled and the scrambled eggs were a bit too raw for our taste. We weren't that impressed with the breakfast room in the basement either. In the old town, which you can reach on foot, there are lots of great alternatives for a better breakfast. On the last morning I skipped breakfast and slept an extra hour. Otherwise the hotel was fine, especially because of the central location. Check-in and check-out were super easy, no extra fees or deposit. If you are looking for a reasonable hotel in a central location, the Maximum is highly recommended.

The breakfast is really delicious, and the staff is blunt but kind. I think it's a unique Polish sentiment. However, if you don't request room cleaning, they won't even change the towels, so you have to ask the front desk before you leave to at least change the towels.
