I would not recommend staying here. The staff were rude and unhelpful (the only rude people we encountered in our entire two week stay in France). There was NO public toilet in reception which is ridiculous as a hotel caters for people who have just completed long journeys and would surely need one! The bathrooms were tiny and unpleasant, with the shower over the toilet. The photos are misleading.

This is a terrible hotel. Do not stay here. The pictures are completely misleading. This hotel is awful and what makes things worse, is that the reception staff member was very rude. No toilet access allowed before 17h00 check in. Avoid at all costs.

Good for one or two night. Bed is correct but Space between bed and walls is very little.Professinals are great and discret. Frenchy breakfast makes satisfaction for quality and choice.its a good "rapport" service/hygien/price.

The hotel is dirty and below expectations and the price paid. Breakfast impossible with Cappuccino and coffee from the machine that did not work. Staff very kind and helpful but with very little experience. Very young guys who seem like working students.

This hotel is a hotel that doesn't even deserve one star. Shower which in appearance resembles a public toilet but dirtier. Window removed so you have the right to the noise of the exterior air conditioning motor or whatever all night long. The receptionist is on the verge of judgment when we tell her that the noise is unbearable and prevents you from getting a good night's sleep. She replies "that's strange, I'm not aware of this window problem and ends up telling you you don't don’t sleep JUST for that” I would like to point out that the room was paid for and I am not staying for free. €500 for 5 nights when you sleep 4 hours a night is a very expensive price to pay. Without forgetting the first night spent in stained sheets and the smell of fish on arrival to remind us of the old port or perhaps to announce the color. In my misfortune I thank the kind receptionist (the 3rd to whom I explained the problem) who was able to repair this damn window.

Following a so-called free cancellation (validated with the hotel and booking), I contacted the hotel several times for a refund, the response was always the same "we are busy and we will call you back tomorrow" I did not understand sure never been called back. Shame on you for your dishonesty, flee!

I find myself with 2 rooms for 2 people for an initial reservation of 1 room for 1 person, the establishment refuses to recognize a fault and reimburse one of the 2 rooms. Obvious theft. No business sense
