Great for apartment style living - so good to have space and a kitchenette - and very quiet and peaceful. Whilst it is a great base for local islands etc, the place itself is remote, so would be hugely improved with a restaurant or basic mini mart on site. Overall good value

Hello, for staying at Phu Dala Residence. What is impressive is Accommodation prices when booking through Trip.com are much cheaper than other apps. in room There is an improvement from the condo, resulting in full usable space. Like being at home, the bathroom is clean, there is a big shower, there is a dining table, sofa, TV, living room. TV in the bedroom I stayed on the third floor overlooking the view Even though it's not very beautiful, it's okay to see something green. There is a kitchen zone Large refrigerator, shelves, plates, bowls, dining spoons, sinks, etc. The accommodation zone is quite quiet, allowing you to rest without noise. I like the fitness zone get exercise and swimming pool area Come to sit and lie down. The view is beautiful. It is considered good for the price that I got. Have tried fitness But the swimming pool has not been used yet. try it next time The position of the hotel is near the restaurant. tricky and comfortable As for me, I like to walk anyway so it's not a problem. The entrance may be a bit narrow. When the police come and go but not often The section that I would like to recommend is as follows. 1. Cleaning The sheets have a few stains. 2. The tissue in the bathroom runs out. did not fill 3. The shower can't adjust the hot water. Or I can't adjust this one, I'm not sure. but difficult to use and want to increase the strength of the water 4. The drain is easily clogged, causing the shower on the 2-3rd day to be waterlogged, having to check in the stomach pipe to see if there is something clogged or not. 5. The reception area in front of the small hotel looks a little uncomfortable. Will encounter a lot of guests, feel uncomfortable and the staff should be on standby to welcome guests all the time. got a two bed place, stayed for 2 nights, clean, lovely, friendly staff, gym and swimming pool, offered laundry service at reasonable price, only about 15 min walk to main centre of Ao Nang, would definately go again, after the odd one night stops, this was a change and just what we needed

Accused us of stealing/losing towels that we were not originally given we only received 2 small bath mats for the floor, they got very rude and could not see it their fault that they had forgotten to give us the towels in the first place, they eventually gave us 3 towels on our 2nd out of the 3 days we stayed, once leaving I lay all 3 towels on the bed to show them how o easy it is to do such a simple task and at reception they checked our room and told us there was no towels in the room AGAIN! They would not talk to us or let us check out until we paid for the towels, we had to pay in the end so we could get the rest of our deposit money back otherwise we would of missed our bus and been out of pocket even more, not sure if they are just thick/blind or trying to scam money out of customers for silly things. Hugely disappointed in the attitude and customer service. Wouldn’t recommend.

Very comfortable stay. People at the reception were very sweet and accommodating. Very attentive of our needs. Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to have a pleasant stay in ao nang. Room was great. Laundry service available.

Absolutely wonderful experience. The staff members are all very helpful and the rooms are amazing. The location is centrally located, with some of the prime spots in the city at a walking distance from the property. Highly recommended.

We wanted to stay here for 2 months and agreed a price with them. After handing over money for the full month & signing contracts the started to ask for more money which was not discussed prior. They asked for another full month deposit, deposit for water & electricity and then told us that we would need to pay rental fee for kitchen utensils like plates, bowls, knives, forks etc. (I mean paying to use kitchen equipment in a fully furnished apartment?! Are you serious? I’ve never heard of something like this before). All these extra costs coming after they took payment from us. None of this discussed before with us even when we asked about these details before paying. We were weighing up our options between other accommodations in the area and chose them because of the costs they initially told us (they were the more expensive option & are located further away from town) but then once they started adding extra costs it was clear they were trying to take advantage of us so we decided to ask for our money back and we left. We are disgusted with this kind of practice to conceal all costs, only to expose them after main payment being made.
