IntercityHotel Berlin Airport Area North Reviews

This hotel is convenient for the airport. €20 taxi from the terminal or two stops on the train. But it’s 35 min on the train away from the city centre. Train station is 8min walk away from hotel. Clean, but no coffee/milk in the room, decent hand wash and shampoo, decent shower etc, food also nice but restaurant shuts at 10.30 sharp. Nearest shop 30 mins walk away so location is not ideal. But all in all would stay again.

Hotel at the old airport. Room small but bed comfortable. Breakfast was good and everything you need.

Great last minute booking, close to airport but best to arrange transfer from airport. Public transport is alright you can make it there but not the easiest with lots of luggage or bad weather. Check in and out was super simple and easy. Room and everything was great, no do not disturb sign tho so had to verbally tell staff in the morning not to come in. Again transport around is close and alright but not good in bad weather to walk.

Very good service, especially in the restaurant by a very friendly and helpful lady from Kyrgyzstan. Please from next month double her salary. She is worth it.

Great wifi speeds if you sign up for H Rewards. Overall fine, it's near old schönefeld airport - which is no longer operational. New airport 5-10min with train away

The location is near airport terminal 5, and has a railway station is 5 mins walk. We understand that this is a budget hotel, but we have stayed in better hotels with similar locations and prices. The pillow was very flat. The duvet cover had some holes. Bed sides were chipped. Overall, the hotel needs maintenance. The room and bathroom were clean.

Just two train stops from the main airport, it was a nice clean hotel. Reasonably priced, buffet breakfast and a bar, I think I saw a sign for the fitness centre which I did not get to check out.

I booked 2 rooms instead of one by mistake. I contacted hotel and trip.com and hotel within an hour to change. Trip asked me to contact hotel and hotel asked me to contact trip. Overall, I could not change from 2 rooms to one room

It was a good stay but the location is close to the airport and that was a good choice for us. The breakfast was also standard. I had no negative experience at this hotel.
