Delai Business Hotel (Xiamen North Railway Station) Reviews

This hotel is located near Xiamen North Station and very close to Metro #1. The interior is clean and tidy, the mattress is very soft and clean, and the hotel provides free pick-up service from the train station and subway station, which is very considerate! The attitude of the girls at the front desk towards guests needs to be improved.

No nearby restaurants. However, there are free car service to drive you to and fro the nearest subway station. Free self service washing machine and dryer. Limited range of breakfast but very delicious food served. Need to go early before it runs out.

The room was clean and looks exactly as in the pictures. Just suggested to bring your own towels as they provide disposable ones and that's not very comfortable. Good enough for a quick staying if you just need to be close to the North Train station. All the touristic places are more than 1 hour from there so if your plan is to visit the city is better to choose a different location.

Best have WeChat and a Mainland China number. That way all questions can be responded promptly. The mobile number can easily call the driver who is so accommodating. He does pickup from subway stations, high speed railway, and even from a recommended local restaurant. The hotel room was not very clean the first night. After asking the room to be made the next day, it was much better. I got to wash/dry laundry, they have a cook onsite to prepare breakfast noodles. I often took subway, regular bus, BRT bus or call Didi. BRT bus was the best as I can get to University Town and shop in Festival or ioi mall. The regular bus ..I took to an outlet mall to shop for clothing. China has relaxed rules for foreigners booking hotels. I am not a local yet they accepted my documents checking in. Contact trip.com to see if you get a hotel booking from changing your country settings. Jimei District is far from Huli and Siming (30-52 minutes on subway) but very close to Jimei School Village and Xiamen North Railway (5-15 minutes on subway). If you plan on doing day trips from Xiamen, this is a good hotel to stay at. Ask on WeChat for the driver pick up point. They will send you a detailed video. In my experience, the hotels with great customer service stands out more than the aesthetics/look and feel. The hotel staff deserves the recognition for great customer service.

We arrived Xiamen Bei train station late at night. The bus driver nicely helped us call the hotel asking if they could arrange someone picking us up since our phone was not working in China at that time. The hotel arranged it without any delayed. We were so relaxed by this. The breakfast was very delicious, we are vegetarian, and there was various food for us to have. Thank you 德莱商务酒店(厦门北站店)

Provide hotel transport to train station, nearby convenient store and local restaurant… 👍 and also provided laundry wet and dry with no charges….

Amazing hotel for the price you pay. Good location if you need to use a railway station or airport. Recommended!

Just renovated, the room is very new, there is also an automatic toilet, porridge is available after 9 o'clock, and the most important thing is that the pick-up station is really convenient, it is on call and does not affect the bus. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the middle of the two stations on Tianshuixia. Children are free of charge for breakfast, so eating full is not a problem.

The pick-up service at the North Station is a plus. There is no phone in the room. There are two fewer towels in the room for four people. I couldn't find anyone at the front desk. The hotel's geographical environment is OK, but the soundproofing is really bad. Other guests made loud noises in the corridor early in the morning. The network signal is good. The management needs to be strengthened.
