Location - convenient and you can go around city center and shopping malls nearby in minutes Room - clean, good maintenance and has basic amenities, but beware - water is not consistent, sometimes very high pressure, hot water was missing sometimes. Air conditioner is hot sometimes Front Staff - a bit confused, kinda new staff? Working in confused manner and not in systematic ways, leave way too many customers waiting in line at the same time, not telling in advance that they want deposit cash money so it was a bit hassle to find cash at the moment.

Hotel very clean and modern with very good location for people who want to catch their conection flight from Krabi international airport or visit tiger temple...only one minus is breakfast...No water no tea no juice 😒

Room was great. The room is clean. However would be perfect is the hotel can consider putting up a portrait on the glass of the bathroom. It is too translucent when showering inside.

The hotel was near tiger temple which I found it fascinating

The room very big and spacious. amazing view for bath tub. amazing pool view room. very large balcony. Have two tv, 1st time in my life a hotel room have two Tv. Just simple wrap for breakfast and a cup of coffee. Its ok since the hotel for short trip. Also have medium swimming pool, its ok, at least it have so my kids enjoy it. Will repeat again next time. Just the location around 10 minutes to krabi town, 5minutes to airport and located between Big C and Lotus market.

Overall is good but I am a little disappointed with Breakfast options . They  have only burritos and Drink.not a Buffet breakfast.

Good price but far away from everything not good location, but worth it for that price!

The hotel does not provide complete toiletries, there's no toothbrush, toothpaste etc, the breakfast offered was only one of few options of wrap, and a choice of coffee. The staffs were not very friendly. The shower drain was cloggy and there was ants in the TOILET. All equipment look like old.

Very good value for money. Nice, spacious clean rooms. It is quite far from Ao Nang beach although Grab or Bolt taxis are relatively easy to get.

Hotel don't provide toothpaste and toothbrush. Next door fellow is noisy even during middle of the at night. Hotel has good view overlooking the mountain. Not easy to book Grab taxi back, as difficult to locate hotel. I have asked locals to help, they also face the same problem.

The worst hotel experience I had in Thailand. The hotel service is too bad. In addition to this they don’t provide phone inside the room, for every complaints and needs you need to go out of your room. We had wi-fi issue, I had to go out multiple times to call them but still issue didn’t resolved. Also, the reception team is not well behaved for any complaints. I strongly recommend not to book this hotel!
