Fabulous resort...fantastic location...loved the privacy...natural environment...will definitely visit again

Short getaway trip, love the hospitality level, the scenery and the food in both (Thai & Italian) restaurants. There were fire show performance (Saturday night only) & live band (daily) and anarray of activities offered to residents such as yoga, muay thai, paddle boat and jungle trekking, for free! Definitely recommended!

Overall pleasant stay but quite far from airport (2hours) and market, it’s a peaceful please for those seeking for quietness.

Fantastic hotel with friendly staff

The best!!! Beach house i’ve evr stay in Krabi. Everything there is so convenient. There is a tour boat for us to go to Island and enjoy the day. Also staff here is really juce and breakfast is very delicious

The best beach from Tubkaak! Staff is very friendly and Will strange everything you need! especially Nan en Bens! Thanks everybody we had a wonderfull time!

This was a great getaway resort. The service levels were amazing - the staff were extremely attentive and made you feel very special. The food at the Thai restaurant was amazing - we ate all our meals there and basically tried the full menu. Beautiful weekend!

Great hotel in beachfront with excellent service. Focus is definitely on relaxation in nature and calm environment.

- Located right on Tubkaak Beach, very clean in general, spotted a group of hotel staffs doing morning cleaning along the beach - good breakfast spread with beautiful view of the beach and surrounding islands, Hong Island & etc - Pool Villa 1 bedroom: perfect for couple, privacy, well lighted, Bose Bluetooth portable speaker, comfy bed, swimming pool doesn't get much of sun (prob. it was cloudy during our stay) - recommended

I am very very impressed about the great attention for all staff of this hotel is just amazing. People super educated and friendly. This was my first time in this hotel and the prices vs quality is worthy. The coordination since the reservation to my hotel was impeccable. The food delicious, the room was super clean, comfortable bed and super spacious area. I definitely will get back. Highly recommend for people which loft the quiet and confort.

We choose to stay at this place, expected for a peaceful and excellecnce service. However, when we arrived the hotel, no one were at the front entrance to welcone and taking care of parking and our luggages, we need to walk into the Hotel at front desk to get attention. Tge front desk also tried to finish check-in process so quickly, just to finish the process and not even offer any welcome drink. This is first time I've experience bad treat by this level of hotel. Seems, the good srevice and hospitality is only rumors. The breakfast variety were limited and quality of food were not great, but staff at Thai restaurant were friendly and well trained. The room and facility are quite nice, but compare to everythings we had experience this hotel is not worth to money. On the check out, again no one attend to help for our luggages, so again all being taking from the entrance to our car by ourselves. Seem there is not enough staff. Will not come back to this hotel!

Awesome place and service. Food was also great. If you plan for a more relaxing trip with good service, spa , food and amenities, come here.

Reception was really nice and kind, she helped us a lot on arranging my next days ferry to Phi Phi island. I really appreciated that.
