On the occasions you mentioned, the attraction was temporarily closed as it had started to rain. As safety is our top priority—especially for our younger guests—we are required to suspend operation during such times to avoid any risk of injury. We do understand how this may have been disappointing and are glad your child was still able to enjoy it later during your stay.We have also noted your comment regarding check-in and the need for Mandarin-speaking staff.
