Very near Gaya Street, Waterfront, Pasar Besar Kota Kinabalu

The room is simple, the location is good and you can see the sea. It is very close to the beach. There are seafood markets, night markets like Durian Street, and pharmacies and supermarkets are very convenient!

The kitchen in the room leaked. It still leaked after it was repaired. The bath towel was left in the bathroom for a long time and became damp. The yellow spots of mold appeared. It was probably because we wiped the dirt. 35 MYR per towel!

Very suitable for a family trip. The view from the house is very beautiful. If you want to go to the night market, the fires are also close by. Only the service from the management team is very slow. Hopefully this LPS service for customers will improve... overall I like this place.

The room is quite big. The sofa bed is too short for boys to sleep on. The bathroom smells very strong.
