Clean, spacioud and well equipped 1 bedroom apartment. Very convenient for anyone with meeting or urusan at hospital HRPZII or nearby Wisma. Very close to KB mall across the road and only 5 minutes by car/grab to Aeonmall. Ground floor has a few cafes & restaurants; Coffee Bean, Nasken and e-mart24.

Hotel plg teruk pernah kami junpa.dgn servive check in teruk ank2 nk main pool pun x blh di sebabkan security yg sombong sbb ank sy pakai baju tidur .parking susah bfast x de..owner plk macam taik.

Could have been better of more cleaning of bath room. Room bed sheet seems to be without ironing which may lead to a thinking used bed sheet from previous stay. Others are perfect.

1. The owner: need to improve on ‘friendly’ when dealing with customer - replying customer’s message asap - owner need to be more alert 2. Lift service - very bad experience - first time rent TROIKA - lift service already stuck for more than hour - where many rental need to wait at lobby (I thought TROIKA still new?) - What happened to lift maintainence service? 3. Why not put coffee/tea, sugar at proper place on table (as welcoming guess to the residant - just suggestion) 4. Guards - very friendly and always smile (credit for them) Overall - not bad But got room for improvement in future…. Sicerely Guess room 18-10
