First of all, when we arrived at the hotel, there was an underground parking lot, which was very convenient and right next to the hotel. Once we entered the hotel, the service and treatment were really good, not worse than those in star-rated hotels. There was free fruit. I remember there was a night shift guy who provided really good service. Because we mainlanders drink a lot of water, I called the front desk and the guy handled everything very well and promptly. He also asked us if we needed anything else. I told him that he would patiently explain to us what to do tomorrow, and even prepare a few bottles of water for us to drink on the way after check-out. Really considerate and comfortable stay. I am also grateful to the hotel for recruiting and nurturing such excellent employees.

GGuest UserI booked a 4th floor room and it was not clean. Hair all over the bathroom sink and shower area. Several pieces of floor tile are loose and the toilet has a strong sewage smell. After one awful night, I upgraded to a renovated room on the 3rd floor. Still not clean and hair and stain all over but at least there is no smell. The location is good and there are lots of restaurants around and the owner is nice and helpful.
