the hotel was goood in overall but the room was too old . the beache is fantastic . swiming pool 6/10 . food i will give them 6/10 also .

They greatly contributed to making our stay memorable. - The food is incredible, with a wide choice every evening: seafood, fish, various meats, salads and very diverse desserts. - The hotel is huge, with many restaurants and bars, as well as a gigantic swimming pool. You can easily spend a week there without getting bored. - The location is ideal, with direct access to a heavenly beach. **Negative points:** - The rooms are basic, equipped with the bare necessities. The towels were very worn and old. - Some rooms are located very far from the elevator, which was a problem for our family, especially with an elderly person using a crutch and a baby in a stroller. Despite a request made several days before our arrival, no solution was offered. In addition, for such a large hotel with hundreds of guests, it is unacceptable that there is only one wheelchair available. This is very insufficient for an establishment of this size. - The smell of cigarettes in several areas of the hotel, particularly at the reception and in the lounges, is annoying, especially for families with children. Although several complaints were made to the reception, we had to insist for action to be taken. - The prices of the extras in half-board are exorbitant: a pizza at 40 dinars, a small glass of pine nut tea at 12 dinars, a soda at 7 dinars... Prices much higher than those of a 5-star hotel. Conclusion: 8/10 Despite some drawbacks, I have a very good impression of this hotel and I will definitely come back with the All Inclusive formula. The atmosphere is family, the service is impeccable, and the location is simply perfect.

The hotel is well located The calm is present as well as the tranquility. The only thing I complain about is the cleanliness of the rooms. The equipment in the rooms is a little old and poorly maintained! The bay windows are difficult to open to access the balcony (due to the lack of maintenance) The staff is very welcoming and helpful! Overall, I recommend this establishment.
