Ibis Kolkata Rajarhat offers a convenient location and clean, compact rooms with friendly service. However, the Wi-Fi connectivity in the rooms is poor and inconsistent, which can be frustrating, especially for business travelers. While the hotel is suitable for a short stay, the unreliable internet is a significant downside for those needing a stable connection.

If you expect a room service, then just forget it. Any request you lay on phone can take 2hrs to half a day. Reception hardly picks call from room. They won't allow you to warm food if you are trying outside delicacies. Forget to enjoy local Kolkata food; you can eat that cold, they won't warm it for you. Underwhelming experience with ibis.

I was mostly satisfied with the stay in Ibis hotel, but room service was not available when I tried to order meals through the internet.

Disappointed that there are too few single beds/ The window curtains are black with mesh, and you can see the old apartment in front, so it doesn't feel good/ It would be nice if it was completely covered with bright colored curtains instead of mesh/
