Stayed here as a solo traveler and absolutely loved it. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was super friendly, and the pool and beach surroundings were stunning. It feels like a place designed for couples, but I felt totally at ease on my own. Perfect location near the Rock Bar

- Great location at the end of Lamai beach with a lovely view of both sand and beautiful boulders. -There is a little beach bar just beside the hotel that provides spots to sit on a giant boulder, which is a great perch in the evening or for sunrise. It looks like there are paddle boards and snorkels for use at the hotel. It’s near to the Grandmother/father rocks and Lamai beach is perfect for swimming and walking. - We loved the breakfasts, especially the delicious homemade croissants and pain au chocolate, along with fresh fruits changed daily and eggs to order. The Thai lunch options were also very good. -Win and Naing were kind and warm and helped us with what we needed. - The pool and frangipani tree, along with a variety of spots for lounging, including big covered round beds, created a chill atmosphere: so comfortable that were much lazier than we thought we’d be because we were so relaxed. Tip: The rooms have only partial views and the best view is #8. Note: Our room was a bit stuffy and the bathroom was a little dark and a little smelly, but definitely not too bad. The alley just outside the hotel is unlit and foul smelling, but a short walk away from some massage places and a few restaurants and bars. In general, the property is well maintained but shows a bit of wear, including stained patio cushions and umbrellas and things like that, but just a touch of aesthetic upgrades are needed- it’s still a great beach resort, a very good value, and we’d be back again. This place is a gem, i did nothing all week and loved every minute. just lazing in the pool and the food is truly world class.not often you find a place run like this place.i beet in Thailand 8 times this place wins over all the othere i stayed at over the years.

A direct access to the (rocky) beach is hardly the saving grace when considering accessibility and safety. It's the first time that I have ever had a "don't recommend" comment in my years of traveling. Pros: A direct access to the rocky beach. However, I wouldn't call it a private beach as people did walk in and had their sunbath or picnic on the rocks too. Cons: I. The accessibility to the hotel is questionable. The road to the hotel is a narrow, wary alley. If one arrives in the evening, there's barely light. We had to use our own flashlights to find our way in. It's located at the outskirts. One needs to rent a scooter to get around and it's quite dark after 8 pm. It could be tricky for the first time visitors. II. Safety is a concern as aforementioned in others' comments. Regretfully, I didn't read them when I booked the hotel. Other than the darkness, there were dogs chasing and ready to jump on us, barring the way in. We had to call the hotel and hoped for the best as it appeared that no one's around in the evening. Fortunately, someone's around that night and came to our rescue. III. The hotel was so understaffed to the point that we did our own housekeeping during our four night stay there. The request for housekeeping was completely ignored. We asked the bartender for new towels instead. IV. The check-in can be challenging. The check-in counter is a tiny desk across the ramp without much space to put one's backpacks, let alone luggage. I was fiercely questioned about my visa validity for no reason. It's the first time that I had ever encountered such a question among all the places that I had ever stayed throughout the world. Sure, it could be a formality but the attitude was offensive. V. The room was old and weary. The room smelled moldy. The water pressure was so weak that one's couldn't quite flush the toilet.

Initially booked three nights, but really liked the hotel and stayed for another 6 nights. Excellent location - secluded and at the same time within walking distance of entertainment. Great place, good service. There is everything for snorkeling. Breakfast is great, nearby is Grandmother-Grandfather Rock. The road and shops are 5 minutes walk away.

A wonderful boutique hotel. It is located at the end of Lamai Beach. It is very quiet and calm, and it is the end. At the same time, there is a great bar, which many people come to have a drink or eat with a view of the sea. It was my birthday on the day of arrival! I was greeted with balloons, flowers, cake, freshly squeezed juices and cocktails. We stayed in a room on the 2nd floor with a direct view of the sea. What sunrises you can watch right from your bed. It is amazing. The room is clean, neat, everything is tasteful. The shampoo, gel, lotion are of such quality that you want to wash yourself constantly 😂 There are 2 more local bars nearby And, the coolest thing is a large stone with soft poufs, where you can just chill.

The hotel is small, located 30 meters from the coastline. The service is excellent. Nearby are top and 7 stores, cafes. The atmosphere is completely relaxed. Mostly French people relax here.

Wonderful hotel! Huge portions in the restaurant, huge beautifully decorated coconuts. They greeted us like family, beautifully decorated the room with flowers and even lit an aroma lamp. I definitely recommend taking a room on the 2nd floor with a private balcony and a sea view. Thank you, Oliver!

Wonderful hotel! Everything is thought out, the staff always improved the guests' lives, the breakfasts are perfect. When I go to Samui, I will only stay at this hotel.

Quiet and calm hotel. Great room, very stylish, clean and cozy. The owner of the hotel is often there. The guests are mostly French. The staff is incredibly positive and very attentive to their guests. It was very nice when they congratulated me on my birthday, arranging an unexpected surprise for me - they decorated the room with flowers, a cake with a candle and a plate of fruit. When I entered the room, the staff, seeing me from the street, loudly applauded. It was unexpected and touching :) Thank you! I will definitely come back here.

Perfect idyllic place but the best is the breakfast with croissants and homemade pain au chocolat. Excellent ! Thanks to the whole team!
