Everything was ok excluding bathroom, it’s too small sink.

good location for transportation (bike rent, truck taxi) and near sai kaew beach.

The staff at the hotel is very nice. They room is only 1 min walk to the beach and totally worth the price. The breakfast was yummy as well

Nice location. Rooms have a window towards the “reception “ making everything very loud. Thin walls. Bathroom and shower is not separated. However location is perfect and good value for money.

Great location. Lovely room, spot less, huge tv with English channels. Met on arrival, explained all amenities, and gave us discount vouchers too. Lovely breakfast, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you 😊

The hotel is self service with no reception or other staff, but very clean. The room is small but cozy and nicely decorated. Bathroom is the “wet” style with shower and toilet in the same space which is not something a westerner can get used to. Hotel is just a few steps from the beach but has no beach view. But the price is reasonable so I can only say I got what I paid for.

Comfortable pillows) complimentary upon arrival - chips, hot chocolate) Breakfast is decent - and coffee and juice and water will be brought to you, and food similar to English breakfast. You will be given a voucher for sun loungers! The location is ideal - the center of all the action, but at the same time quiet and calm at night, you can't hear the music. The only thing that slightly spoiled the impression is the employee who receives guests. We had to leave the island at 16:30, came to extend until 16:00 hotel, translated our request with the help of a translator with sound, since for some reason she could not just read from the screen what was written there in Thai. In general, as it turned out, she nodded to us that we could stay until 4 pm, agreed and announced the surcharge, but in the end we still paid 3 times more than what was announced, since in fact, when checking out, she told us that we misunderstood her) The surcharge for every half hour of room extension is 200 baht. Be prepared that the receptionist simply will not understand you, the dialogue will be difficult. Neither Russian nor English, only Thai with voice acting. Translation difficulties, costs)) But despite this pun with the check-out, we really liked everything and recommend the hotel. By the way, we did not have any neighbors, we were alone, no one made noise, everything is just perfect!

Very nice and small hotel on the seashore. Everything corresponds to the description, the room is not big, but very nice. Breakfasts are excellent, hearty. Nearby there are many cafes, shops, 7/11, bike rental. The location is excellent, the beach is beautiful with white sand. We will definitely come back here again!

Excellent small hotel on Samet island, I recommend, there is an excellent coffee shop downstairs and 50 m to the sea, very clean and cozy. Sun loungers on the beach and breakfast are free for hotel guests. Thank you very much, we will definitely come back again 🙏
