It is an expensive place and you expect 5 star service, so the accommodation was well built but very minimalistic and the staff was not that helpful I order taxi for 2 people and after 1 hour a bike came I asked to add days to my stay and one staff confirm while the hotel was fully booked already, Really need to work on the service and it will be perfect

The driver dumped the passenger halfway, forcibly unloaded the luggage, took the wrong route, and didn't even apologize...the service was a mess

We stayed in two villas for 4 days. The promised bottled water was not delivered. We cleaned it every three days. There were no towels for bathing in two nights of the four days. We asked the hotel to deliver them, but the hotel did not deliver them until the third day. The front desk is at the foot of the mountain, down the mountain. It can only be picked up and dropped off by a limited number of battery cars. There is no phone to communicate with the front desk. It is mainly through the App software. The transportation is also extremely inconvenient. There are no places to eat around and it is far from the sea. Facilities: 4 out of 10 Hygiene: 7 points out of 10 Environment: 3 points Service: 1 point

The service is quite average, basically no service. There is no cleaning at all!
