Good service

The room I stayed in was very clean and tidy. There is a TV, free wifi, the bathroom is very clean, the hardware facilities are first-class, and the service is very good. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

In any case, the building was old and smelled dusty. There were very few electrical outlets, so I couldn't use the hair iron in front of the mirror, so I had to buy an extension cord at a convenience store. The futon was small. There wasn't much food in the evening. The toilet was small. Breakfast was good. The public bath was also good. The people at the inn were nice.

There are many restaurants within walking distance of the hotel location, which is very convenient. The breakfast at the hotel is delicious, and the bathhouse is comfortable and spacious.

The grilled chicken with Japanese pepper for dinner was undercooked, so I left some. The seared bonito was well balanced with the seasonings and was delicious.

It was a good location on foot from Kochi Station. The Japanese-style room was also very nice, and it felt like the fatigue of the trip was relieved by the hot spring. If I come to Kochi next time, I want to stay

I booked a non-smoking room, but when I was shown to the room there was an ashtray and it was a smoking room.... I spoke to Nakai-san and he said he would change me to the room for the one who hadn't arrived yet.... However, the manager said there had been a mistake in the reservation made through two travel agencies. I had only used one agency so the behind-the-scenes stories were irrelevant. In the end, they said they would deodorize with ozone while I was out as they were fully booked. There was no note of whether they had done this or not, and not a word from the front desk. A completely inconsiderate inn. The air conditioning seems to be on throughout the entire building at the same time, so it was so hot in the middle of the night I couldn't sleep. Well, it's fine as I'm never staying here again...

高知駅からもアクセスも良く、大浴場付きで朝食付きでとてもお安く宿泊できます。全体的に館内が暗いので、もう少し明るくなると良いかもしれません

Last year I stayed in the cheapest room, a smoking Japanese-style room with a rice cracker futon, and the hallway smelled of cigarettes, so the air purifier was very useful. This year I requested a desk lamp, a humidifier, and an air purifier in advance, and asked them to deodorize it. Last year I had free dinner, but this year I had dinner here, so maybe because the average customer price is different, this year I had a twin bed on a tatami mat. There was a chair set, a shower room, and the food was delicious, so it was so luxurious that I couldn't believe it was the same hotel. When I thanked the front desk at the time of check-out, saying "Thank you for preparing everything I requested. I had a very comfortable stay," it seemed that they had contacted the reservation clerk, and they said, "Thank you for using our hotel last year and for making your request in advance. Please come again." If I go to Kochi again, I would like to use it.

I stayed here for one night on a tour. There was a lack of communication between the hotel and the travel agency! The tour conductor only informed us of the number of rooms, and I, who don't like smoking, was assigned a smoking room. There were similar comments in previous reviews, so there is no motivation to improve. We opened the door and window of the room to let in air for about an hour, sprayed deodorizing spray on the curtains, and ran the deodorizer and air purifier all night, which was a disaster. Since smokers are happy in this day and age when there are few rooms where smoking is allowed, they should have told the tour conductor not only the number of rooms but also the number of smoking and non-smoking rooms so that they could make arrangements in advance. Also, the facilities are noticeably old. The toilet in the guest room is a unit bath and is narrow, and the entrance is from the dirt floor, so it is a hassle to put on geta and enter, which could be solved by just putting a wooden floor! The tatami mats are worn out and feel dirty even after being cleaned. The seats of the chairs are also noticeably frayed. There were seats available at the breakfast venue, but there were not enough people, so they were not able to clean up in time and we had to wait.
