Good location. Cleaning was of course excellent. Bed was comfy.

Everything is at TOYOKO INN standard as we had stayed before except the elevator is only one. It's taken long time and crowded in the morning during breakfast time.

The location is about 5 mins walk from Kobe Station which is also close to Harborland. Not many eateries around though I ate around places I visited. There is a convenient store less than a minute from the hotel if you want a snack. The room was clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good.

Only have one elevator in the building that need to wait for a while. And laundry charge also a bit higher than others

Nearby attractions: Very close to ****, but the center of Kobe is located in Sannomiya, which can be reached by JR or Hanshin or Hankyu a few stations away. Hotel space: The facilities are inferior to the newer Toyoko INN, but the space is acceptable. Special note: This hotel has 13 floors of guest rooms (2nd to 14th floors, not counting a special room on the 1st floor), but they all need to share one elevator.
