The hotel is below average of Japanese hotels. The hotel is quite dirty in Japan standard. Got some smell in the room. Good location.

Really well placed hotel with a good price

Nice hotel

Although it is an older hotel, it is fine for short-term business use. The breakfast service is also appreciated, and the staff are polite and pleasant.

It was cheaper than the surrounding accommodations, which was nice. It was close to the downtown area and the station, so it had good access. I'll use it again if I have the opportunity.

The front desk staff is very friendly. The lobby is also a cafeteria. There are many comics on the bookshelf on the side aisle for guests to borrow. It feels very humane. The store itself is on the side of the Motomachi shopping street, with convenient food and accommodation, and not far from the station. Highly recommended.

The step to the bathroom was too high. And when I opened the bathroom door, the passage between the bed and the bathroom was so narrow that I almost hit the bed. It was helpful that there was an air purifier and an extension cord.

It was great that it was so close to Chinatown. The staff gave us lots of advice about parking, which was very helpful.

Basically, the location is good and there are many restaurants around. The room is small like a Japanese hotel, but has everything you need. Breakfast is simple but neatly served. We recommend a nearby restaurant where you can eat live horse mackerel sashimi.

Good location, convenient for traveling, shopping or eating and drinking

The front desk was very helpful and it wasn't crowded, which was nice. Also, I didn't have time to wander around the shopping streets and main streets around Motomachi. It's faster to get to your destination by Shinkansen from Shin-Kobe and JR from Sannomiya.

The room is a bit small

Conveniently located near a convenience store. There are also many restaurants around. Good hotel for smokers. There is a microwave and coffee maker in the lobby on the first floor.
