The best hotel I've stayed at as a backpacker. Clean. 2 minutes away from the beach. 711 next door. Hotel staff are amazing. My air-conditioning broke and the maintenance man fixed it within half an hour. Highly recommend.

Just great! Very friendly and helpful people. The short walking distance to the beach with a lot of awesome bars and restaurants was really good.

Such a lovely hotel. The owners run the front dest and are super nice and accommodating and made sure i had the best stay. Rooms and facilities were clean and equipped with everything i needed. Highly recommend staying here

great hotel. There is parking. The inconvenience is the third floor and no elevator, it's ok for one or two days. But if it's permanent, it's not cool.

I didn't take a photo, local cocks! The hotel is average, the floors are dirty in the hotel and in the rooms, the floors are only swept, it is located next to the road, so dust flies. The room is spacious according to the area, there is a balcony with a view of the neighboring building and a little bit of the yard. I asked the maid to change the towels, they changed only the body ones, apparently they never changed the floor ones! The location is not bad, the noise from the motorcycles is constant, the rooms are not bad, there are enough sockets, TV shows through a receiver with a mouse. The air conditioner, although old, is drafty like in the north, the light is corrected, in general the hotel needs a firm hand, and so: shops, hairdressers and massages including a beach with good parking, which is located on a country street that no one knows about except the locals within walking distance. The downside is that it is noisy and poor cleaning, and there is no table with a chair in the room, on the balcony there is a worn-out plastic chair, a bathroom without a curtain, wash and lay a towel on the floor.

The hotel has a great location in Koh Lanta. There is a very nice cafe directly opposite and you can walk to the beach in less than a minute. There is a very cool reggae bar right on the beach. The room was very clean and had a balcony. The air conditioning worked very well and we could control it with a remote control.

The hotel is five minutes from the beach, 7/11big C is also five minutes away. The room has good towels, but lacks furniture, there is a niche for chairs or a sofa and emptiness. The service staff is friendly, no complaints

We recommend 100%! Super well-located hotel, caring, respectful and attentive staff (small dedication to Nam, the adorable little lady at the reception), clean and very decent rooms, scooter services, taxi, laundry at the top! Absolutely nothing to complain about, we spent 3 nights in this great hotel, and we'll go back as soon as possible.
