A spectacular stay with the most stunning view of the Knysna Heads. Incredibly comfortable accommodation with thoughtful touches (we loved the welcome crunchies)! Wonderful, attentive care provided by Debbie and staff. Overall a very memorable weekend.

The Location of the Headlands Guesthouse and especially the view from the Coney Glen Room over the bay and sea as well into the laguna are breathtaking. But also the sundowner on the pool deck or the view from the breakfast room are outstanding. The service was super friendly and the breakfast was very delicious. For sure the fitout of the rooms could be a bit more modern but the style has its own individual charm. A small house bar provided everything you needed for drinks and small snacks.

An incredible stay and experience with the greatest view in the area! We were greeted by the incredible management team upon arrival, when they heard we were on our honeymoon they graciously offered us an upgrade to their larger suite, we appreciated their generosity tremendously. You can tell they care for their guests like they are family and will go above and beyond to ensure a great trip with great recommendations for the area. One night was not enough and would definitely return. I would 100% recommend Headlands House for your next stay!

Perfectly located accommodation with a beautiful view. Everything about the accomodation was perfect, reception, service, breakfast. We were passing through Knynsa from Cape Town and we only stayed for one day, we were very impressed. The accommodation exceeded the our expectations. My partner loved the coffee as he has been company the bad coffee he had the whole trip. We would definitely book here when we are in Knynsa. Loved it 😁

We had a fabulous stay at Headlands House, so good we extended our stay for an extra couple of nights. Debbie was wonderful - super friendly and very helpful with everything from local recommendations to serving our breakfast! The location is fantastic too, with a view from every room. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous stay with stunning views. A breakfast that will last you all day and the truly delightful Chrystal and Debbie looking after you. We were glad to have stayed a little further out from Knysna to enjoy the views. Highly recommended.

We had such a wonderful stay at Headlands House recently now in July. We were so warmly welcomed by our lovely hostess Crystal upon arrival who gave us a tour of the house and some recommendations of places to go eat and explore. Very much appreciated as this was our first time in Knysna. We have a 3 month old baby, so stayed in the Fynbos room which had ample space for a camp cot and us to stay comfortably in the room. There is a camp cot on request for a small additional fee for which was perfect for us as we didn’t need to travel with our own one. The views are truly stunning from that room and it was so nice being able to see the heads so clearly. The weather was a little wet when we were there, so we spent some time cozied up in our room watching the sea which was nice and relaxing. The rooms have heaters in them, and additional blankets and hot water bottles are provided too so we were comfortable and warm. I would also highly recommend the delicious homemade crunchies that are in the room for you upon arrival - absolutely delicious! Breakfast each morning was a delicious home cooked meal (we had the jungle oats and English breakfast on day one, and the jungle oats and French toast on day two) which just started our day off so well. Debbie was also so kind as to hold onto our little one for a few moments so we could have a bite to eat, really appreciated that personal touch. The guesthouse has parking outside the house so no need to park and walk far, and is very safe. All in all, would highly recommend staying here, the team are lovely, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the location is perfect.

Stunning accommodation in the most beautiful place. Debbie and the team are exceptional hosts and the views and breakfast are absolutely amazing. Debbie is a knowledgeable host and does everything to ensure you have a wonderful time, going above and beyond. We had a mix up with our booking(due to our agent!) And Debbie upgraded us on our final night to a suite to compensate. Cannot fault the service, food, views, everything.... just go.

Headlands House is just as it describes and as in the many reviews that preceded ours. It is a clean, comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Knysna with great views and very welcoming and helpful staff.

Debbie and Crystal were excellent hosts. Before our arrival they booked 3 good local restaurants for us. It is a very good guest house in a spectacular location on the East Head of Knysna. Unfortunately the weather was not kind and my wife had been unwell prior to our arrival. Our hosts couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful. We would definitely return if we come back to Knysna

Absolutely loved my stay at Headlands House. The place has an incredible sea view and Debbie’s hospitality is just so warm & lovely. The breakfast with the view by the fire place was a highlight. Debbie is so lovely, friendly & has the best recommendations of restaurants & even a doctor, who we had to visit while one of us was sick.

Home away from home with amazing hosts (Crystal and Debbie), delicious home made breakfasts, stunning views all around, just like the pictures! We'll be back.
