The Imperial Hotel (Kluang) Reviews

Basic and no frills hotel. Cleanliness is ok. Hotel is a little old but understand that they are doing refurbishment in stages. Noise partitions are not great, may be an issue if one is a sound sleeper. Kluang instant coffee is on the house!

The staffs are helpful. There's 7e right next to the hotel. Easy to find food.The room is clean. Got fridge. All good.

The hotel is very clean. However, there is only 1 shower head fixed on the ceiling. Everytime shower your hair sure get wet and hard to help children to shower.

Room is very small for couple. Quite stuffy in the room and no air con in the corridor so is feeling hot.

The receptionist is polite and friendly. The check-in process does not take a long time to proceed then we can go to the room for rest after a few hours' journeys from KL. However, when we were in the room, we felt a bit disappointed because the room was not the same as the picture. One more thing, the dim lights also make us scared. The iron is also outside and no hair dryer in the room.

The location is great, right in the city center, near the bus and train station, added convenience with the eatery and family marts nearby. Cleanliness can be improved, but overall it is great, the people there are helpful :) Amenities like hair dryer and hangers etc are on request basics, all you need to do is to ring for help. If you drive, do remember to register your vehicle, parking outside the hotel, on first come first serve basics.

My preferred hotel if come to Kluang. I stay here for more than 3 times. Love the shower with strong water flow. Worth every penny. Pro : cheap. Clean room. Has a few designated parking. Mini fridge. Slippers. Hanger. Water bottle. Coffee sachet. Fast check in. No deposit taken. Con : none.

we had a great stay at this hotel! It's incredibly convenient, located right near the bus terminal and within walking distance to a mall and various shops. Perfect for exploring the area without any hassle!

Surrounding the hotel is convenient to many shopping mall and restaurant. But the hotel walk in rate is cheaper than the trip.com. Hotel room rate photo attached. Will trip.com refund me the differences.

Clean room. Provided room slippers. No other toiletries. Room TV has only a few channels. The town is quiet and simple, so didn't hold too much expectation from e hotel. In overall, its a fine hotel.
