Right below the ski resort, the town is very small, so it's very convenient to get around. Everyone is very friendly. The room is bigger than expected, and it has its own sauna and living room, which is very nice! It's a pity that I only stayed for one night

There is no toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers, so bring your own. Skiing is quite convenient, and the breakfast is delicious. But the check-in lobby is not easy to find. The navigation guide is uphill, and it is wrong to climb up and then climb down. I have to drag a board bag everywhere to find it... It's a bit tiring

The view from the hotel room is very close to zero point on foot. The breakfast in the restaurant is good. The spare parts I use are lumene, a Finnish national brand, which can save dry skin. One tube applied to the elbow is enough for a day. The breakfast in the restaurant is similar to the popcorn pancakes we used to make in line with rice when we were kids in China. There is a parking lot in the basement, which saves you the trouble of getting up early to clear the snow. It costs 20 euros to park for one night. There are many restaurants and ski shops on the commercial street. Very convenient.

The sauna is good, centrally located, with buses and supermarkets nearby. The room is large, with 1 bathroom and a living room. The front desk service ends after 20:30, so you need to inform us in advance if you want to clean it.

The room we stayed in was not on the other side of the lobby, so we had to drag heavy luggage uphill, which was very inconvenient. There was a nice lady at the front desk who helped us buy bus tickets on our mobile phones because our English was not good. Thank you very much.

The room is big and clean! The breakfast is also very rich and the price/performance ratio is really good. I like it very much. There is a free sauna and the service attitude is very good.

This hotel is the closest hotel to the ski resort. It is very convenient and entertaining. The service staff and front desk staff are also very friendly. I will book this room again next time.

We stayed here for one night. The room was very nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable and they had good curtains, so that it was possible to sleep. The breakfast was delicious and offered a big choice of food. It's located in the centre of Levi.

Lovely hotel with a fabulous location and really friendly, helpful staff. We stayed for three nights mid December and understandably the hotel was bursting at the seams. However, check in was quick and efficient. We stayed in the orange block and the room was fine, it wasn't glamorous but the beds were comfy, everything was clean and there was space for storage. The room didn't get cleaned whilst we were there however I'm not sure if this is how things happen in Finland and it really wasn't a problem (although of course it's always nice when on holiday to have tie beds made and bathroom wiped over). Breakfast was chaos with the volume of people, hotel staff managed it well and the chaos was caused not by them but mainly by a lack of spacial awareness/ less than adequate manners of others. We aren't big breakfast people but the food was ok, our little boy was a fan of the pancakes so that was enough for me. We loved Levi and we loved the location of this hotel, the staff were really nice and we can't wait to return.
