"I had a really great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, modern, and well-equipped. One of the best features is the in-room washing machine, which is extremely convenient, especially for longer stays. The location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation, making it simple to explore Osaka. The staff were polite and helpful, and the overall service was great. Everything from cleanliness to facilities exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka."

"The hotel provides disposable toothbrushes. The bathroom was very clean, with conditioner, shampoo, body wash, a hairdryer, and towels. The location is excellent, close to Nagahoribashi Station, and there's a Lawson, FamilyMart, and 7-Eleven downstairs. The staff were very helpful, and free Wi-Fi is available. There's also a washing machine (200 yen) and dryer (200 yen)."

"Everything was good overall. The room has a modern theme, and the cleanliness is still very good. The room is bigger than most hotels in Japan and we could open two big suitcases comfortably. The location is excellent. It’s right next to the famous Shinsaibashi shopping street, and within walking distance to both Shinsaibashi Station and Namba Station. I would rate the location 100/10. There’s also a FamilyMart just opposite the hotel, which is very convenient. The service was good and the hotel allowed us to store our luggage even after we checked out, which was really helpful. The only thing that could be improved is the bottled water. There were only two bottles of water in the room and they were refilled daily. Because of that, we tried asking for two more bottles from the reception before heading out each day. For the first two days, the staff were happy to give them to us, but on the third day a staff member mentioned that each room could only get two bottles. It would be better if the hotel could provide more bottled water in the room or increase the limit for guests."

"The room is small but can open two suitcases. The public bath and spa are excellent. Close to JR station and donki. But the staff and hotel policy are terrible and I could only rate it woth adverse comment. First, at checkin the staff did not tell us the spa world could be used even after checkout, so we had no idea we could still stay to play the spa world the next day until we learnt it from other residents in the hotel. If we have learnt it earlier at checkin we might adjust our travelling plan as we checkin late at night from landing. Second, upon checkout we asked for luggage storage service, which is very basic services of hotel, but the staff said if we were leaving and not staying for the spa, they would not keep our luggage. I am not meaning leaving Japan but I just go out from breakfast or some shopping. I have visited Japan multiple times and stayed in many hotels or residence, and this is the first one not offering luggage storage service. Please do not call this a hotel if you refuse to offer luggage storage service. Third, the hotel prohibited any slipper and every one had to walk back to rooms in bare feet after public bath, this sounds dirty while the staff was wearing slipper. Hotel could provide slippers and require resident to wear hotel slippers only. Bad experience and poor service."

"Very clean, spacious and comfortable hotel. Really couldn't fault anything about the room other than the bathtub - which is a shower-over-bathtub which can be a fall risk. There's a resident lounge on Level 6 where you can get ice, coffee and tea. Service by staff at the reception is cheerful and prompt. Very near to Kuromon market where you can buy fruits and eat Japanese beef or fugu fish. A slightly longer walk to Namba station. Even though the location of this hotel is considered Namba, I can't help wondering if it's on the ”wrong” side of Namba, due to the vibes of the shops just next to the hotel. About 10 minutes level walk to Namba Metro where you can catch the train to the airport."

"I chose this hotel near the airport the night before my flight because I had an early morning departure. I arrived for check-in around 4 PM, and as soon as I got there, I regretted not coming earlier. I should have arrived first thing in the morning to enjoy the sea view and go shopping. The sea view from downstairs is absolutely stunning, and watching the sunset on the beach in the evening was incredibly relaxing. There are many outlet brands here, enough to spend a whole day browsing, though they do close at 8 PM, so plan your time accordingly. The shopping village near the hotel also has several restaurants with decent value for money, so dining is always an option. The hotel is conveniently located right outside Exit 1 of the Rinku Town subway station. You don't even need to exit the station to get to the tower for check-in. There's a Lawson convenience store downstairs where you can grab snacks and drinks. When checking in, I pre-booked the shuttle for the next day and got my boarding pass. The next morning, I just went to the lobby of the adjacent hotel to catch the shuttle, and it was a super convenient 10-minute ride to Kansai Airport. The room was very spacious, one of the biggest I've stayed in in Japan so far. There's a living room right as you enter, a bathroom with a bathtub in the middle, and then the bedroom further inside. There was plenty of space to lay out two large suitcases. The window offers a bay view. Next time, I'd definitely consider staying for two consecutive nights to enjoy the food and shopping without any rush."

"Very disappointed! I thought I was staying at a hotel where I could cook, but it was actually a bed and breakfast. If you know it is a bed and breakfast, you will prepare your own towels first, during your stay, there is only a new set of towels, you have to hurry to the convenience store to purchase disposable towels. The room was self-check-in, no difficulty, unfortunately after receiving the password could not open the door at all, very frustrated, tired and overwhelmed, because the front desk was no one, using email and message notification, did not get an immediate reply, more confused. Later, I contacted customer service and opened the door by the key. The water pressure in the room is very poor, the water is sometimes cold and sometimes hot, uncontrollable! Very disturbing! Although the rooms are larger than business hotels, the space brought out has no practical use, they are corridors. You have to take off your shoes when entering the house, but there is too little space. Although there is a passage at the end of the bed, it is very narrow and when walking through, it often hits the bed frame. Although there is a washing machine, there are not enough hangers to provide drying. The only desirable toilet is a warm seat cushion, other functions cannot be used! There is no place to hang clothes in the bathroom, no shelves or hooks! The bathing process was awkward and would never consider it again."

"The accommodation is located close to the subway station, making transportation very convenient. Four of us stayed in the room with four large suitcases, which fit the space just right. The room also has a bathtub, and the bed is soft and very comfortable for sleeping. The room was clean, and the food was delicious. The hotel is right next to Lawson 108 and a coffee shop, and it is also located in a shopping area, which makes it very convenient for walking around and finding places to eat. The staff were very helpful and provided excellent service, and the room was cleaned every day."

"I had a concert at Kyocera Dome, but my night bus was canceled due to snow, so I quickly booked this hotel. It was a direct route on Midosuji Street. From the outside, it looked like a forest! There was a huge tree at the front desk! There were several check-in machines, so I didn't have to queue and could check in right away. It asked for a photo of my driver's license (why?). This might be difficult for foreigners. To get to the room, you first take the elevator at the front desk, get off on the second floor. Once you're in the hallway, there's another elevator that takes you to the guest rooms. The unique exterior, interesting check-in process, and the fun journey to the room really excited me! The room uses a password key for entry. When I checked in, a receipt-like paper came out with the password on it. It's not an auto-lock, so make sure to press the lock button before you go out. Overall, the room lighting is dim. The full-length mirror is also tucked between two walls, so you can't really see yourself. It's hard to do makeup. The bathroom is small, but if you're used to traveling, I think it's acceptable. I had a very comfortable stay. The TV settings were difficult, and I couldn't watch terrestrial digital broadcasting, but I could watch YouTube."
