"There are many Chinese supermarkets and restaurants downstairs in the hotel, and the front desk has dedicated security personnel who will help with takeout. The breakfast is also plentiful. However, there's an epic bug: the outermost elevator goes down to the -1 floor, which is a staff-only area. The laundry room is on the same floor, separated by a door with access control (Figure 10). Entering the staff area requires a card, and here's the interesting thing: if you finish doing laundry and press the elevator button, and the staff elevator comes down, you can't get through because your room card can't be used on that door. You either have to wait for that elevator to go up before the other regular elevators come down, or you have to use the adjacent stairs. On the day of check-out, I happened to meet someone in a suit, presumably the manager, and I mentioned it to him. I look forward to seeing how things are improved."

"The hotel was paid in advance for two guests, on arrival the receptionist told me it was only booked for one guest.
I only had the booking id number. It took two hours to sort the booking. I don’t know if the confusion was from the hotel or trip?"
