"It is estimated that there is no room to upgrade to two bedrooms. It is noisy at night near the main road. The facilities are old and the transportation is convenient. I did n’t fix it for a long time. I gave a mobile electric heater. The water heater is time-controlled and will stop working automatically. It needs to be adjusted manually."

"This hotel-style apartment can be said to be an unexpected surprise in the journey. It was originally because the Spring Festival wanted to cook in the room before making a decision to stay in the apartment. It is not the most comfortable stay in Ireland. First of all, the apartment is in a good location, about 3-5 minutes walk to the River Liffey, and there are dense bars and restaurants along the banks of the river for a convenient night view of Dublin. Secondly, the location of the apartment is less than ten minutes walk from the Guinness Exhibition Hall. The pavilion charges a small fee (25€/person, free for children, 22€ for students), but the 360-degree gravity bar on the 7th floor has a good view. Thirdly, the apartment is very comfortable. The living room, toilet and bedroom of the one bedroom apartment are designed separately. The sofa bed in the living room is very convenient and can accommodate three people easily. The two bedroom apartment is very spacious, with separate master bedroom and guest bedroom, laundry room separate. The design is very thoughtful. Suitable for families with children. Fourth, the apartment is fully equipped, the quality of household appliances is very good, and all kinds of kitchen supplies are available. For Chinese people traveling in Europe, whether they can cook for themselves is an important factor affecting the quality of travel. In particular, the ability to buy local vegetables, fruits and meats has greatly improved the quality of travel. Fifth, there is a slight noise, mainly heating hot water and pumping system. The water pressure in Ireland is lower than expected. The second floor and the third floor of each household need to be pressurized, and the sound of pressure is very large. In addition, there are many young people traveling in Europe on weekends, and there will be some noise in the middle of the night."

Ddan fordeWe have stayed here many times..its comfortable and clean with all the cooking facilities you might need. This time we had apt number 15. The sliding wardrobe/closet doors in the bedroom did not operate so we could not hang our clothes or use the shelves. They are in danger of falling off on top of a guest. Please fix these doors asap. Broc House is a good place overall and I regret having to leave a negative review... but this is dangerous.

BBooBNot sure if it is a hotel renovated from a historical building🏨The room is relatively small and has a poor view outside the window. The shower water volume is not big enough. The location is good and the service is basically up to standard. Breakfast is not good for a five-star hotel. Facilities: General

TT___HNo one reply my in-app message so I have to call. And it’s weird that the receptionist is not clear about my Gold membership benefits such as late checkout and free breakfast but what I find the most disrespectful is that the receptionist has to ask the duty manager for my requests yet the manager was just chatting with other staff and she never smile at me whenever I pass by and look at her. I’d love to stay again but the reception should be trained properly again.

GGuest UserJust stayed for one night. Arrived around 13.00 and staff took care of our bags as too early to check in. Went to the hotel bar to get a spot of lunch. Food was excellent and reasonable with respect to prices. Portion size was huge !! Staff excellent … we ended up trying most of their cocktails . Bedroom itself clean and functional.

TTravelwithninnyHonestly, don’t think twice about staying here. I had a lovely stay at this hotel and il definitely be rebooking when I revisit Dublin. I booked the studio as it was just me travelling solo! It was clean, comfortable, and definetly sustainable. It was compact but also spacious. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my visit. The location was great and made getting around the city very easy. Downstairs in the lobby was a very relaxing and moody aesthetic, perfect for working and to the other side was the dining area. There’s so much to unpack here, just book it!!

GGuest UserA lovely hotel suitable for Trinity College Dublin tour. Great value on a Sunday night. Air con in the room meant that we could chill the room as the room was really warm. Would stay here again.

GGuest UserThe only advantage of the hotel is that it has a good location and is convenient for travel. We were not satisfied with the room. We were placed in a basement room and it felt like there were almost no other guests. I don't know why we were given special treatment, so the stay experience was not good.

AAlexander44Great hotel and helpful staff on the check in desk. The room was spacious and the bed comfy, earning a relatively good nights sleep for my one-night stay. The room has the basics you need to get by. Location is great as it’s in the heart of the city, although being situated right at the top of the Liffy there will be some walking to get to the fun spots. However, you can get the tram right outside the hotel, which is super consonant. Would stay again for sure.

WWuqianlaotaiThe room size is large among European hotels, and it is cleaned every day, supplies are replaced in a timely manner, and the hygienic condition is good. The surrounding environment is very good. Opposite is a whiskey factory museum built in 1856. The factory chimney has been transformed into an observation tower, which is very unique. Although it is not in a busy area, it only takes ten minutes to walk to the Temple Bar area, but it is relatively quiet. There are many restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and tram stations nearby, making it very worthwhile to stay. The only regret is that the water in the bathroom is not very smooth.
