The cleanliness of the room is excellent, and the bedding is comfortable and neat. The hotel staff are enthusiastic and responsible."

"Another standard a&o experience, but few problems: - Hot water doesn’t seem to come out properly in my room, you shower in the ice and then become broth the next second - Bit too far from downtown, 30 minutes ride (bus/tram+metro) - Bed ends can see through one another - Yet to have dedicated sockets for each bed space - Lift buttons seems to be buggy/problematic, each floor has 2 dedicated buttons but when lift arrives, only one of them cancels but not both, lifts ALWAYS stop at many floors going down - Kitchen has no kitchenware, not even a single pan or bowl Surprised items: - Beds looks new - View is good if you live high up"

"I throughly enjoyed my stay here. It had a cost and homely feel. It started with a friendly check in experience. The two ladies were apologetic about the fact that the lift had malfunctioned and as I was staying 5 nights across a weekend (when not likely to get fixed quickly) they were rearranging the room to put me on a lower floor. The room had 3 bunk beds of wooden construction, enclosed on three sides with curtains. Inside the mattress was narrower than the platform, though the upside meant there was a ‘shelf’ the full length of bed on to which I could put many items (drinks, clothes, handbags etc). Hooks inside and outside the bed space. Individual lights and two power sockets. It feels very roomy , like your own living space. The room had shelving, under bed drawers big enough for carry on luggage (own padlock needed), table and chairs. Showers and toilets are in the corridor, my first thought that there was not enough but I never needed to wait as they were occupied. Hairdryer at sink. Kept clean. Each bed is provided with a small hand towel: I thought this was a great idea as it was sufficient to dry off and saved heavy use of my travel towel. Front entrance, corridors and rooms accessed by key card access. It felt like a safe place. I made frequent use of the self catering kitchen that was clean, modern and well equipped. There were plenty of storage boxes provided. There is a common area in front of reception. Beer and food available. Reliable WiFi. Location was very good. 10 min walk from the train station and drop off place of FlixBus. Vegan restaurant 10min walk. 5 min walk to Wenceslas square which has many shops and Christmas market food stalls. 10-15min walk to old town square with the astronomical clock and main Christmas market. With how busy the old town Centre is I am so glad to not be staying right in/next to it. I went to performances at the national theatre and Dvorak Hall and after evening performances felt safe walking back to the hostel. It is very easy to get around by walking or tram. If I go back to Prague, this is where I will stay."

"Fantastic on every level. Very clean nicely decorated,, stocked with all the promised amenities, good location in a nice neighbourhood. U truly feel at home there. The metro station is near by buy u'll need to walk abit further for the tram station. Very close to the Florenc central bus station (if u're traveling by flix bus or something similar, it's less than 15 min away by bus). The staff were very friendly and accommodating"

"Overall had a pleasant experience. The location is fairly convenient—not too far from key spots—but be prepared for a bit of walking. The route includes some slopes, both uphill and downhill, which can be a bit tiring, especially if you’re carrying luggage. That said, the self check-in process was super easy and smooth, which made arrival hassle-free."

"This hotel has that classic 'old money' vibe, much like the Grand Budapest Hotel with its symmetrical architecture. It's massive, feels like hundreds of rooms. The downside is the 'square with an open center' layout, which meant our room was incredibly far from the elevator – it felt like a five-minute walk just to get there from our door. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety, and the omelets were particularly good. The person in charge at the breakfast entrance seemed to be training an intern. When we were checking out, we were rushing to catch a train, so we brought our luggage directly to breakfast from our room. At first, the restaurant manager suggested we check our bags at the front desk. I explained we were very short on time, and he handled it expertly in front of the intern. He had the intern seat us in a spot that wouldn't obstruct other guests – that was really good. However, the hotel slippers were terrible; they were so flimsy they tore after just one day. They felt incredibly cheap and completely out of line with the Hilton brand. Overall, the hotel feels very solid and reliable, with excellent basic amenities. It's grand and a good choice for a trip."

"The room was really nice, with decent layout and a studio concept, with a stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, room amenities were great. There were 2 main problems though 1. The code seemed to take a while to activate, so it did not necessarily work at 3pm on the dot, 2. The room was either really dry or slightly dusty as my partner and I started to get stuffy noses and general breathing issues after just a nap in the room, which was slightly disappointing as we really loved the room:("

"Perfect place in Prague. The hotel is located near the tram stop,it will take you 7-8 stops to the reach the city center. You can also find Lidl nearby. The room was very spacious, clean and had a nice little kitchen, with kettle, spoons, forks,mugs,tea and coffee. They had shampoo/gel in the shower,which samelled amazingly good! The only downside is that it's very loud from the hallway. The next time I will come to Prague I will definitely stay here!"
