"Due to a typhoon, I had to change my train, so I arrived at the hotel late at night. The facilities are brand new, and the environment and cleanliness are excellent. The service is truly the best I've experienced in any hotel. My family and kids all loved it! We received complimentary fruit and snacks daily, along with a city fridge magnet and cute Wang Zhaojun and Qu Yuan dolls – no need to buy souvenirs! The mini-bar, stocked with coffee, water, drinks, beer, and crisps, was all complimentary and refilled every day, unlike many other hotels that charge for everything beyond two bottles of water. While the cost difference isn't huge, it really shows a different class. In the mornings, we walked to the Three Gorges Tourist Center, taking our time, and managed to visit all the places we wanted to see in Yichang. No regrets at all, we had a fantastic time! A big thank you to Sunny and Xiao Cai! 🥰"

"怎麼説呢，我真的能感受到前台非常負責認真，又是幫我升級房型，又是幫我解決問題，真的服務很認真，但是，硬傷1房子太小了，站到電視和床的縫隙中基本上可以説已經滿了，2，也是非常重要的一點，一點也不隔音，一點也不隔音，哪怕一點點，到什麼程度？隔壁看電視，我都能聽到，隔壁咳嗽，我都能聽到，偏偏入住的第一天隔壁住了倆混混，巨**吵，當然我也給前台反映了，而且自己捶牆警告結果被這倆破口大罵，我給前台基本上每隔幾分鐘一個電話反映，這裏前台做的一點毛病都沒，先是電話提示，後二次提示，再派保安上門，真的這裏點贊👍，可惜，隔壁那貨。。唉這也側面證明如果你睡眠不是很好，真不建議，要麼一定要住，住頭尾房吧，也許會好一點，3，我不知道宜昌這裏還是我住的這裡有問題，為什麼這麼多炸街的精神小夥小妹？我不懂，隔一會飆一輛摩託隔一會飆摩託，直到每天半夜2點多3點，其他城市旅遊我最起碼沒見過這麼集中的混混團隊，改善一下吧，千言萬語，很難評，反正有好有賴"

"I went on a free trip with my friends. I did some research on Ctrip before traveling. I found this Vienna International Hotel and checked it out. It was rated 4 diamonds by Ctrip and I placed the order because of its high rating. The hotel service is worthy of recognition. Before arriving at the hotel, the front desk clerk took the initiative to call us and thoughtfully sent us the location of the hotel. He even told us that it was only 2 kilometers away by taxi from Yichang East Station and the fare was only 8 yuan, haha. ! After checking in, the front desk helped us upgrade to a higher-end standard room for free. The hotel facilities are relatively complete, and the laundry room is very convenient for self-service laundry. The room hygiene is very good, it can be said to be almost spotless, and the details of hygiene are in place. The surrounding environment of the hotel is also good. The guest rooms are located on high floors, which is quiet in the bustle. The scenery seen from the room is quite beautiful. The breakfast buffet is also quite rich. "We stayed at the B&B for two nights and had three meals. The owner was very welcoming and the food was delicious. I got caught in the rain at the waterfall and felt uncomfortable. The boss also gave me cold medicine, which was very considerate. After I got home, I asked the boss to help me mail some Yichang specialties. Thank you very much~ The location of the B&B is excellent. The infinity pool has a wide view and the scenery is super beautiful. It was a very satisfying experience during this trip~"
