"Fantastic experience! The lake view room offers stunning views of Lugu Lake right from the window. Waking up to the sunrise every morning was absolutely beautiful 🥰. The room itself is quite spacious and comfortable. I stayed for 4 nights, and every day included breakfast and afternoon tea – very enjoyable. The owner was incredibly accommodating and always met our requests 👍. Even the driver they arranged for us provided excellent service."

"This hotel is one of our best stays during our China trip. The staff are very helpful with excellent service. They would also provide free afternoon tea when you arrive, free nighttime dessert. Breakfast was fantastic. The staff would also escort you to the car after checking out with souvenirs!! The room is spacious and nice with fully equipped amenities (aromatic eye masks, single-use towel, single-use bathtub wrap etc). The view is also amazing, literally just 3 meters away from Lugu Lake!"

"Lugu Lake still feels quite untouched and not overly commercialized, with fewer crowds. This particular B&B, Shui Tian Yi She in Daluoshui Village, is excellent! [Strong recommendation] The room was spotless, even the sofa cushions in the living room were impeccably clean! It faces Lugu Lake and Gemu Goddess Mountain directly, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing, dining, and entertainment. The staff at the B&B were all very kind. As soon as we entered the backyard after a day out, someone would come out to greet us, offer an umbrella, or ask if we needed a late-night snack or afternoon tea. They were very enthusiastic about helping with travel planning or arranging boat rentals, and the boat prices were reasonable. The room rates were also very good; our duplex room was 488 a night, and I felt it was even more comfortable than some rooms costing over a thousand! Families with children would love this type of room; even my 'big kid' son enjoyed playing games in the ball pit under the slide. Plus, there are three adorable cats at the property, and one of them loved coming into our room to play [chuckle]. Oh, and in the evenings, you can enjoy free live music with singing and guitar at the front desk bar."

"This guesthouse is nice; I'd give it 9-9.5/10. * The guesthouse's layout: 10/10, I like it. * The location and view of the guesthouse are not particularly good compared to nearby hotels; they're about the same. * Service: 10/10, no problem. The rooms on the south side (A?00, A?01) have a better view, while the rooms on the north side (A?03) have a slightly worse view. There are two large rooms, B?00 and B100, but because they are on the edge (north side), their front is blocked by trees. However, there are some areas for improvement, especially for extended-stay guests; the service seems more casual. (Extended-stay guests should be treated well, not have their service reduced.) [1] Let's talk about breakfast and afternoon tea first. Offering afternoon tea is a great idea. Although it's not expensive food, it allows us to spend our leisure time more leisurely in our rooms or on the rooftop, which is great. But what I'm not satisfied with is that the afternoon tea on the second day was reduced. The same applies to breakfast. We ate rice noodles in the morning, and the presentation was very beautiful. The problem was that the water wasn't hot enough. Even in summer, if I put the noodles in immediately, the meat and shrimp wouldn't cook properly. Undercooked meat and shrimp are inedible and could easily cause stomach upset. So the next day, I asked them to skip the presentation and just cook the noodles directly. As a result, each person received half the amount of rice noodles (which was acceptable since we didn't eat much), but the eggs, meat, shrimp, and fish were all gone – which I couldn't accept. Of the ten dishes on the platter, only six remained, and these were the more expensive ones. The guesthouse told me the kitchen had forgotten and they refilled the platter with fish and shrimp, but I already felt the guesthouse's integrity was questionable; it seemed they didn't welcome extended stays. So, both the afternoon tea and the following day's breakfast were discounted. [2] Traditional towels and bath towels were not provided. If I stayed at a guesthouse costing 100 yuan and they didn't provide towels and bath towels, I wouldn't mind. However, given the price is close to 1,000 yuan, the inn told me that due to hygiene reasons, they only provide disposable towels and disposable bath towels, which is not environmentally friendly. This is unacceptable to me. (If it were truly for hygiene reasons, they could provide both and let guests choose.) Also, there was a large bath towel hanging on the shower door, which was appalling because it was a ”large bath towel,” not a ”floor towel.” If my family hadn't asked beforehand why there was only one bath towel, I don't think anyone would have known that it was a floor towel the inn had asked us to put on the floor. It's disgusting if someone uses a floor towel as a bath towel without knowing it. [3] I appreciate the inn upgrading the ”Jiyue·Woju Special Price Double Room” to a lake-facing room. However, this might lead people to book only the cheapest room. This strategy can gain good reviews through upgrades, but it might also lead people to only book the cheap ”Jiyue·Woju” room. Whether this is appropriate depends on the inn's strategy. [4] The room was beautifully decorated, but there were some issues with the facilities. Of the three rooms we stayed in, the bathroom door in A100 had a large gap, so water leaked out a lot. The sink in A101 had a large hole behind it, making it difficult to retrieve items that fell in. The floor-to-ceiling window door in B100 had a large gap, so large that even at night without drawing the curtains, mosquitoes would seep in and get in."

"The hotel is located near Xiaoyuba, 2 km from Daluoshui Village. It's convenient for commuting, and you can call a Didi or electric scooter. The hotel's housekeeper, ”Xiao Ma,” will also provide pick-up and drop-off services, especially if you need to be picked up at the bus station. The room was smart, with voice control. The balcony offered a beautiful and cozy lake view. The rice noodles for breakfast were delicious, and coffee or juice were provided. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay."

"This is the most comfortable homestay I have stayed in during my one-week trip to Yunnan. The decoration is fresh and simple, the room is large, clean and sanitary, and there is a terrace. You can watch the sunrise in the morning and the stars on the terrace at night. It is really comfortable. The boss and his son are very enthusiastic. The uncle also took time to take us around Lugu Lake, especially to Goddess Bay to watch the sunset, and took the Goddess Mountain Cableway. It is really super beautiful to overlook Lugu Lake from the top of the mountain. It is really a super happy travel experience."

"The room itself was great, very clean and tidy. The surroundings are fantastic too; stepping out, you're right into a lovely little courtyard perfect for tea or coffee. You can even watch the sunrise and sunset right from your bed. Just across the road from the courtyard is the lake, and for dining, you just turn right outside and there are plenty of options just a short walk away. I originally booked for one night, but it was so comfortable I extended for another day!"

"This hotel left an extremely strong impression on my family! For the price point, the location and view from our room was amazing. The view is unblocked, and we had a nice walk by the lake. There is a cafe beside the hotel which served nice drinks and food. The view from the cafe was excellent, and we would highly recommend paying a visit there! The room had a nice, cozy feeling and a spacious balcony. There aren't many restaurants in this particular town, but the main town is about a 15 minute walk or 2 minute drive from the hotel. However, the hotel is able to provide dinner! They have a several options to choose from like noodles and hotpot, and the prices are extremely affordable! The hotpot was really delicious as well, and the breakfast was scrumptious! In the morning, there will be dew above the waters of the lake, and the view is simply stunning. Overall, we had a really great experience here thanks to the helpful and friendly staff!"

The light-colored wooden floors and furniture create a natural and elegant atmosphere. The spacious 32㎡ space is well-planned, and the experience is full and spacious. It is worth praising that the soft and comfortable big bed, paired with the artistic abstract paintings on the headboard, makes people relax instantly. Beside Lugu Lake, the design style is integrated with the natural scenery. It is very convenient to play and view the scenery. The Mosuo culture can be seen everywhere, and the artistic atmosphere is even more enhanced."
