He greeted us warmly despite our late arrival, proactively turned on the heating to warm up the room, and was attentive and responsive to all our requests, making us feel right at home. **Afternoon Tea:** The selection was rich and exquisite, and the taste was on point. "Coming here to play in spring is really great. The hotel is in Xiaoluoshui Village, right by the lake. All the flowers are blooming here, it's very beautiful, the sun is nice, and the climate is pleasant. The hotel breakfast was decent, the room was relatively clean, and the duvet and sheets on the bed were quite comfortable, and the pillows were good too."

"Lugu Lake in the off-season is simply a dream come true! No filters needed, these are straight-from-the-camera shots, and this hotel was such a pleasant surprise! Both the public areas and the rooms have large floor-to-ceiling windows directly facing the lake, making you feel like you're right in a painting – so incredibly relaxing! The hotel I picked this time was super convenient, and the terrace was fantastic for photos (P8). There are also plenty of great spots for pictures just outside the hotel, and it's easily walkable to many places. When you're tired from exploring, it's so therapeutic to come back, have afternoon tea in your room, watch the sunset over the lake, and just daydream by the window. The room itself was really spacious, with a balcony, and as soon as you opened the door, you could see the lake. There was also a mini-fridge with drinks and snacks. The bedding felt very comfortable too; I slept incredibly soundly! I'm genuinely, very, very satisfied! Make sure to book a lake view! Breakfast and everything else were also excellent!
