"The moment I opened the door, I was stunned by the view outside the window – completely unobstructed! The door opens fully, and the balcony has a single pane of glass, making it a spot you just don't want to leave. The green beanbag chair is a huge bonus; it's so comfortable for reading, relaxing, and enjoying the scenery. The room itself was spacious, bright, and impeccably clean. The front desk staff were all very friendly, and I especially loved the butler, Zhima, who provided thoughtful and enthusiastic service. In the evenings, we could watch movies on the projector, and there was a great selection. I stayed at three different hotels around Lugu Lake for three days, and this one offered the absolute best views and experience. I was so sad to leave. Next time I have the chance, I'll definitely stay at Sancai Yunhe for more days!"

"Location of the hotel is perfect for anyone visiting lugu lake. Imagine waking up to the view of the lake and mountains. The hotel is also fairly new with beautiful deco and they have prepared many thoughtful things include disposable towels, disposable bath tub towel, free daily afternoon tea and a short photoshoot. The front desk staff 阿文was also very helpful. A couple of things I wished went better: - breakfast: selection was quite limited and mainly Chinese food. Was not an issue for me as I typically don’t take breakfast. - limited toilet paper: unfortunately my husband and I were down with food poisoning during the trip so the toilet paper quickly became a scarcity. - inconsistent temperature in the shower: the shower on my first night toggled between icy cold and steamy hot even without me adjusting the temperature. Overheard from other guests that they had the same issue as well. The hotel thankfully was able to fix it on my second night. - mattress was too hard, and it felt like I was sleeping directly on the floor… unfortunately the hotel didn’t have an option to add on a topper and it really affected my sleep quality during the two nights we were there. However, preference for a softer mattress is personal. Would have been nice if the hotel has toppers prepared for guests who prefer a softer bed. Overall, it was still a pleasant experience and I’d recommend for anyone visiting lugu lake."

"I brought my kids to Lugu Lake and was worried about the guesthouse's conditions before checking in. However, it completely exceeded my expectations and gave my kids so many pleasant surprises. Now I understand why it has so many good reviews! 👍 First, the service: every staff member was warm and polite. Someone always helped us with our luggage upon arrival and departure. Our 'Zhoma' (staff member) in particular was enthusiastic, thoughtful, and meticulous, truly making us feel at home! 👍 The hotel environment is truly excellent, right by the lake. Sitting on the balcony, sipping coffee and enjoying the lake view was incredibly relaxing. It was very quiet at night; besides the sound of the waves, there was hardly any noise. Even I, who has extremely high standards for sleeping environments, slept soundly until morning! 👍 The hygiene and cleanliness were even more impressive. You can tell the owner pays great attention to detail. All disposable amenities were provided, including disposable toilet seat covers, disinfectant wipes, and even feminine products. I didn't even need to use my own disposable items! 👍 Plus, the hotel also offered a nine-grid breakfast, afternoon tea, and goodnight desserts. Every little detail was incredibly thoughtful! 👍 If I ever get the chance to visit Lugu Lake again, or if friends come to visit, I will definitely recommend this hotel! 👍👍👍"
