An unexpected stay experience! The treasure homestay on the shore of Lugu Lake must be given full stars!
The homestay I stayed in this time completely overturned my perception of ”scenic spot accommodation”! From check-in to check-out, the details of the facilities are carefully considered, and must be praised: the room is equipped with a whole-house smart system, voice-controlled lighting/curtains/air conditioning is super convenient, the toilet is a TOTO fully automatic model, and the shower room has its own constant temperature system and pressurized shower. The room is equipped with a hair dryer + Xiaomi humidifier + silent refrigerator three-piece set, comparable to the configuration of a five-star hotel.
The 270° viewing floor-to-ceiling window is equipped with a bathtub, and you can drink freshly ground coffee from a Nespresso coffee machine while watching the morning mist on the lake every morning. We stayed at a homestay for two days and one night in Lugu Lake. The guy at the front desk was very nice. Although there was no elevator, he helped put the luggage in the room and sent it downstairs. You can park in front of the homestay, and the chartered driver can pick you up and send you to the homestay. The design of the homestay is very romantic. You can see the beautiful Lugu Lake from the window of the room you stay in. The pool in the room is very special and the hot water comes out very quickly. It's a pity that it's winter, and I didn't let my daughter experience it for fear of catching a cold, but the children's toys in the room are different. Even a ten-year-old still loves to play. It's very comfortable and cozy to play with toys while watching the sunset. The hotel can drive guests to places within three kilometers. On the first day of check-in, the guy told us that he could take us to Daluoshui. The service was enthusiastic, the room was large, and the bedding was comfortable. We took a pig trough boat to watch the sunrise early in the morning, and chartered a car to play around the lake for a circle of Lugu Lake. I took my parents on a trip and it was a great experience staying here. The boss and lady boss were very nice and enthusiastic. I stayed in Lugu Lake for two nights, both at the Lige Inn.
Compared with the concentration and bustle of Daluoshui, I prefer the tranquility of Lige. The inn boy is from the Mosu tribe. He answered all questions from the moment he made the reservation and responded quickly. The first impression was: enthusiasm! Because I wanted to live here, on the recommendation of my younger brother, I booked a chartered car and went to Shangri-La-Lijiang-Lugu Lake-Dali. There was a miscommunication during the chartering process, and we also found the inn guy to coordinate. He did not rely on their local drivers just because he recommended the chartering. He was very objective and fair in helping to solve the problem. He stayed up until midnight and was still helping. Solve the problem of the next day's itinerary and finally solve it satisfactorily! It gives tourists outside the city a sense of security and belonging.
Going back to the room, I took the elderly and my children there and booked a family room. The room was very large, with two beds, one 2 meters wide like a tatami, and one 1.8 meter bed. The room's facilities were very complete and detailed. Full of air conditioners, humidifiers, toilet covers, and even facial masks. The bath water is large and the temperature is suitable. On the day we went, it was -7℃-7℃. The temperature difference was very big. The room was not cold when sleeping at night. A few steps away from the inn is the lake, where you can take a pig trough boat ride. On the left side of the door is the Lige Observation Deck. You have to climb up, but it is a little tiring. Standing on the observation deck, you can see the whole view of Lugu Lake.

Originally we wanted to stay in Dashuoshui. After arriving at Lugu Lake, we went to Dashui for a walk. It was too noisy for us. Sanjia Village is a good choice, with convenient transportation and quietness amidst the bustle. We visited the B&B first and then made a reservation. The rooms were no different from the ones advertised in the pictures. The facilities were complete and clean. The projectors and smart toilets all worked well. The boss was very nice. He chatted with us, recommended places to play, and protected us from lightning. They also turned on the air conditioner for us in advance, which was very considerate. You can see the lake when you open the curtains in the room. The view from the B&B is very good. The breakfast is very rich, much better than what we spent 15 yuan to eat outside. Not only is the view of the lake great, there is also a wetland park outside which is great for walking. There is also a kitten in the store who is very friendly and cute.

There are so many B&Bs in Lugu Lake that it’s difficult to choose. After seeing this place in a certain book, I decided, it was really the right place. The boss added me on WeChat two days in advance and told me the details of coming from the airport and picking me up. I was upgraded to a room when I arrived at the hotel, which was very satisfying.
Speaking of which, the B&B here is too busy. I was amazed by the small courtyard when I entered. There were all kinds of tents, camping chairs, campers, and a boatload of meat. It's even more amazing when you enter the room. The whole room is smart and very large, with a panoramic view of the lake outside the large glass window. The bedding is comfortable, and yes, there are also nut projections and screens. Just lying on the bed is enough.

I originally booked a Douyin-famous homestay but it was sold out. I was disappointed and had to cancel the order because I had to pay extra to upgrade to a lake view. I booked Qianxun Oasis instead and got an unexpected surprise. The price was really good and the satisfaction was great value for money, so I stayed there for two consecutive nights.
The entire style and equipment details are shown in the pictures, and seeing is believing, so there is no need to say more. The CEO is handsome and enthusiastic, and the service staff are warm and helpful.

RROBERT CARROLLThe perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and authentic Mosuo architecture made this stay unforgettable. After a long day of travel, the kind and attentive service was exactly what we needed. Though we arrived after dark, we woke up to a breathtaking balcony view that left us in awe. The delicious breakfast and insightful tour of the traditionally preserved Mosuo culture, including the “Grandmother” room, were highlights. Having visited villages in the area, I can confidently say the preservation here feels authentic and respectful. As a tour operator for foreign travelers, I especially appreciated the locally-owned aspect and the warm hospitality. Our family was well cared for, and this is exactly the type of accommodation I look for in my work. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThere are no guests in the off-season. The boss upgraded a room with better lighting. The room is very clean. The room design looks very comfortable. It is also spacious. The bathroom is three separate (in fact, it can be regarded as four separate). The car is parked downstairs to get things. It is very convenient. The restaurant on the first floor is very good. I ordered a fried rice in the evening. Breakfast is rice noodles, they are all delicious ～
The boss also has a picture of Wuhu, you can ask for a photo to see ～
Find the boss to buy a ferry ticket to Liwu than the island can be a little cheaper than the pier ～

AAnonymous UserViews of the room is great enough that you don’t even need to go out for a better view. The staffs are so kind and nice, offering any support you need. The smart home appliances are great that we even watch 2 movies during the 2 days we spent here. Highlight is that there’s a sichuan restaurant nearby is so authentic that you don’t want to miss.

ZZeal JayeshAfter arriving at the property, I realised it was worth having a lake view room, so I upgraded to the Double Bed with Lake View and bathtub. The room is huge and the view of the lake from the windows is spectacular. It was amazing to just sit by the window and enjoy the view and the breeze. In the morning I watched the sunrise through the window.
The hotel has excellent service. The two young men at reception were very kind, helpful and gentlemanly. They insisted on carrying my small bag up to the third floor and happily resolved all my queries.
The cleanliness was not bad, but there were a few strands of hair around the room. Otherwise it was clean. There were lots of amenities, the bed was extremely comfortable and the rain shower was perfect.
Downstairs, you could step directly onto the lake, and the property has two very cute cats.
The Lake View Double Room came with an in room afterboon tea (very much needed after the long journey to reach Lugu Lake) and a healthy Chinese style breafast.
All up, an extremely comfortable stay and one of the highlights of my trip to China.

SSongshuyuyuyuFacilities: Complete, floor heating is so cool, every day when I enter the room, it is warm, much more comfortable than air conditioning! You can wear pajamas indoors, but it is still a bit dry. The hot water supply is very comfortable.
Hygiene: The lobby and the room are cleaned quite cleanly, the design and lighting are also good, very bright
Environment: On Lakeside Road, across the sidewalk is the lake, cars cannot drive in here, and it is a little far from the bar on the pier side. It is relatively quiet, and the scenery outside the window is very beautiful. However, if you live on the first floor, you can still hear pedestrians talking loudly outside during the day.
Service: I met a young lady and a big brother, both of them are easy to communicate.
Geographical location: If you don’t drive yourself, it is recommended to live in Daluoshui. Coffee bars, meals and pharmacies can be handled within walking distance. There are also bonfire parties at night, which can be very lively. Accommodation or cafes along the lake are very quiet to sit, and it is also convenient to meet by appointment and charter.
