The 32 independent courtyards and villas are aesthetically pleasing and modernly equipped, with free parking and charging facilities. The staff, including Xiao Zhang, are all friendly locals, and even during the Spring Festival, there are lantern photo spots and traditional folk performances, creating a fantastic atmosphere. "The room was a real surprise! Because of the scenery and the spaciousness. From the 11th floor, you can see the unobstructed river view, the No. 2 sea crossing bridge, the sparse crowds, and the residents singing loudly. The scenery is really good, and the location is convenient. There is a large supermarket on the first floor below, and there are small restaurants nearby (the price of vegetables is a bit high). The underground floor is the parking garage, which costs 5 yuan for overnight stay. The room is very large and suitable for a family of 4. Although the room is the last room facing the corridor, it looks a bit evil, but because the door faces the window view, the evil spirit should be empty; There is a room on the left and right, both with bathrooms, convenient for bathing, and convenient for two families to live in. The kitchen is complete with microwave ovens, kettles, and refrigerators, which are very convenient to use. The overall hygiene of the house is OK, because there are not too many complicated facilities and it looks simple. There is a little smell of hexachlorobenzene in the corner of the sofa in the living room. I wonder if it is used for insecticide? You need to open more windows for ventilation; the bathroom in the master bedroom has a serious odor; and the peephole of the door is open, so you must be sure to block it yourself. There is also a half-moon-shaped hole in the smart lock of the door, which also needs to be blocked by yourself. The privacy is a little poor: you can see the living room anyway (the last picture)."

"The view is excellent, overlooking the bay between Baimajing and Island No. 2. You can walk to the beach opposite. There are many restaurants downstairs, including a self-service hot pot for 28 yuan, a Lawson convenience store that can meet most needs, and two large supermarkets nearby. Its shape is similar to the one in the main picture, but it's not surrounded by sand; it's an outdoor swimming pool in the residential area. The water looked very clean, but it was a bit cold those days, so we didn't use it. There are free buses on the island, and the bus stop is a few minutes' walk away. The internet is stable. The kitchen cabinets were completely covered in dust, grease, and crumbs. No one from the cleaning service had looked in there for years. Almost all the cookware was unusable, rusty or sooty. It was obvious the room hadn't been cleaned at all after the previous guests. But the worst thing was the cockroaches, big, scary ones. When my daughter saw them up close, she refused to go back into the apartment. We started looking for another hotel in the middle of the night, but then agreed that everything would be cleaned thoroughly the next day. In the meantime, I removed spiders and webs, cockroaches, and wiped down the surfaces so my daughter could come in. The next day, they cleaned up a bit. The sinks were cleaner. They didn't remove all the hair from the shower drain, but there was still hair on the floor and furniture. In the end, we couldn't even take a shower; it was just unpleasant. We washed by the pool. Maybe this is customary and normal in this region, but we live in a different country and are completely unaccustomed to this. Also, we don't travel with our own cutlery, so we weren't aware that we wouldn't have any, which was inconvenient. Other things: It's about a 5-minute walk to the road where you can get in your car. Good playgrounds. Nice pool. Opens at 12:00, maybe earlier. It costs 10 yuan, plus 10 yuan for a swimming cap. Circles are 5 yuan. Beautiful, well-maintained grounds. A lovely, friendly hotelier who went out of her way to help us. As you exit the complex onto the main road, cafes and shops begin on the left and continue all the way to 1st Island. It's a 10-minute drive to 1st Island. Electric cars aren't allowed there, so don't try to catch them. The water park is open. It's very good, and we especially enjoyed the fireworks and the huge wave in the pool in the evening. The movie town is beautiful, but most of it is closed."
