I booked a two-bedroom room, which was very large and comfortable, and convenient for traveling with parents and children. The housekeeper contacted me in advance and informed me of the route to enter by car. The decoration of the villa is a bit exaggerated, which is not my type, but it is big and clean enough. The service staff is responsive and will pick you up when you go out to play. The pool is also cleaned and disinfected thoroughly before helping to drain the water. The facilities are complete, and the dry steam and wet steam rooms are great. There are also services such as door-to-door foot bath and massage. It is very suitable for a family vacation. It is a good experience to stay for two nights.

First time staying at Ocean Flower Island and Castle Hotel. Huge hotel with 5000+ rooms. We did not expect to find some facilities (e.g. swimming pools, etc) are closed for maintenance. Free shuttle bus to & from the railway station provides convenience for guests. While the front desk staff might not be as knowledgeable & helpful in our queries, the personal butler had provided us with excellent service. She is accessible via WeChat and highly responsive to all our queries. Thank you 管家 晓月 for making our stay a pleasant one!

Stay here for one night to see the ocean flower island and the light show. The hotel room had a great view and it's right next to the food street. You just need a short walk and you can see McDonald's or KFC and a bunch of restaurants. It is walking distance to the wedding manor where they were running the light show.
The hotel bed was comfy and the TV had a number of free movies to watch!! We love the hotel breakfast spread. For some weird reason there were not a lot of tourists at night at the food street and outlet mall. It's just three of us and random couples down the road.
The only thing that can be improved on is the service staff at the reception. The hotel does provide buggy rides but the frequency is one hour, so I wanted to ask about train rides and how to go about the area but they weren't too friendly, so we gave up and just walked around nearby.
Overall quite happy with the short one night stay.

Our group stayed in three places, Hilton, O'Fort Hotel, and Island 2 B&B. Although they were not as luxurious as the other two hotels, they all thought that these places were the most comfortable and had the best air. It was very stuffy and uncomfortable to stay in a hotel, but it was very pleasant to bask in the sun on the balcony!

MMauveMHad a wonderful stay here at Forest Inn, Hainan University! My cousin is starting university nearby and we came to drop her off. Since we had stayed in the downtown before, we wanted to find a place close to campus to experience. This hotel is the best option! It’s right within the campus entrance and easy to navigate to. The front desk concierge’s were very friendly and kind - two of them even took us around on the tour bus to familiarize us with the campus and surrounding area. They even went out of their way and offered to help us unload luggage. Since there was no parking space on move-in day, having the option to drop off saved us a lot of hassle. In addition to campus, the hotel is also located close to a botanical garden, about 15 minutes to the downtown area, and close to shops, stores, etc.
Some suggestions:
- Wish the pool was accessible as advertised on Trip but it’s now only a kiddie pool.
- For longer stays, room amenities should be replenished daily based on number of guests.
- I received a rather expensive delivery during my stay and asked the courier to leave it with the front desk as I was out during that time. There was someone at the front desk with a poor attitude who denied that any deliveries arrived and suggested it had been delivered to another location. Luckily, another staff member helped me check and found my delivery. I suggest besides giving guests misleading information, to ensure it’s accurate first.

The first time I stepped out of the elevator, there was a strong smell of carpet. It really stunk.
The second time I washed my face, the water in the wash basin did not drain out halfway through. It was blocked and no matter how hard I tried, it was useless.
Third, when I gave my child a bath, he was sprayed all over by the boiling water. The shower head was broken and leaking, and it was not a small leak. I am really grateful.
The fourth and most frustrating thing for me is that the lights in the aisles and bar are broken! ! ! It stayed on all night, and stayed on like this all night. Even when I pulled out the card, it remained indifferent. If it weren’t for the fact that the children were asleep and I was afraid that they would wake up and make trouble, I really didn’t want to hold it in all night. This night was simply mine. Nightmare.

She called us as soon as I made the reservation and helped us plan the transportation and precautions. It doesn't take too long to take a taxi from the high-speed rail station, and it is quite easy to find after getting off. The surrounding area is relatively mature business districts, and it is very convenient for eating and living. Hearing that we came here for the reputation of Ocean Flower Island, the boss specially upgraded us to a sea view room with a good view. At night, we stood on the balcony, blowing the sea breeze and drinking a little wine. It felt so comfortable. The room facilities are complete, comparable to a star-level apartment. SSerj KhasIt is more of a cozy apartment, than a hotel room. Our studio was situated in an apartment building on the 30 floor, which provided beautiful view on a fishermans' village.
🚌🚎🚕 It is better to immediately take a car for several days at Baimajing train station, but taxi is another convinient option. It would take around 15 minutes to get to your apartment from the train station.
🏠 The apartment itself is really nice, fully packed with Xiaomi equipment. You can even use a washing machine on your balcony, which is really nice! Kitchen is equipped with rice cooker, dishes and even vine glasses.
🍟There is a Lawson on the ground floor, and plenty of small food shops on the main axis. And waimai from the nearby fisherman village is another option.
Overall, our experience was really great! This apartment is highly recommended for a trip around Danzhou. We would definitely stay here again.

Geographical location and surrounding environment
The hotel is located about 6 kilometers away from Baimajing Station. When I checked in on March 26, the ground nearby was still under construction and there was a lot of dust. There are many night markets around, which is very convenient for late night snacks. The window opens into a kindergarten. I got up early and was not affected by the noise. Although it is very close to a large supermarket, it closes at half past nine. There is a Lemart nearby where you can buy snacks and drinks at affordable prices.
Facilities and services
The hotel facilities are good, but the mosquito repellent equipment in the guest rooms is ineffective. I was woken up by mosquito bites at three o'clock in the night. When I used the mosquito repellent equipment, I couldn't find new mosquito coils. There was no landline in the room and I couldn't contact the front desk. I was not in the mood to go downstairs and was too lazy to find contact information on Ctrip. I endured the bites and buzzing all night.

In my subjective opinion, the guest rooms at Pullman Danzhou Ritz are larger in size. They feature high-quality bedding, high-quality pillows and linens. The huge living room TV was a pleasant surprise. The room design is modern and comfortable, and the decoration in the room is elegant, creating a warm and luxurious accommodation experience.
