There is a parking lot, and the room has an excellent view from the entrance. It's a perfect sea view room. The facilities are very new and complete. The store service is warm and thoughtful. You can order takeout for meals. The surrounding life is convenient. There is ample space for the elderly and children to move around downstairs, which is full of life.

I would like to have given this place a better rating because the assistance was quick whenever I needed it and the apartment was really nicely decorated. However, it was not clean, the washing machine was not in a good condition, the fridge smelt really bad at first, and the shower head was broken (they did replace the shower head though). I was also not given a key card or code to open the main entrance to the building and the security person in charge of letting key-less guests in usually took too long to open the door. One time I had to ring 6 times before the door was opened. Hainan is an amazing place and I'd definitely go there again. But honestly, I probably wouldn't stay in this apartment again. I also didn't realise it was more like an Airbnb situation rather than a hotel. I only found out after I'd booked the apartment that I would have to pay a deposit and only be able to communicate with somebody through WeChat because there is no front desk.

This B&B is nice and clean. Near by these are food and walking distance to free shuttle bus stop. Good for family to stay in for holiday.
