"Really beautiful hotel room. Staff very friendly. Restaurant very good. The only reason we haven’t given full points is the bed was the hardest we have ever experienced and we didn’t get a full nights sleep during our stay. We know that Chinese people like a hard bed, unfortunately us westerners prefer a bit softer. I ended up sleeping on top of the doona on the last night with dressing gown over the top.  My husband slept on the sofa. On the last morning there were a lot of alarms going off and we weren’t sure if they were fire alarms. We couldn’t find a fire drill or map on exits etc. something like that on the door would be handy in English as well as Chinese. Apart from that a very good hotel."

"過來出差，這是離我會議地點最近的一家住處，就果斷選擇了這裏。住了三天，非常滿意的一次住宿體驗，各方面都很不錯。 1．位置與環境：民宿位置很好找，就在萬科印象城裡，去萬象滙很近，步行即達。周圍環境很安靜，晚上休息得很好，小區的保安也都很有禮貌，還有幾個長得帥的。 2．基礎設施與衞生：房間裏的空調、熱水器、 WiFi 都能正常使用，還有冰箱、洗衣機，甚至還可以做飯。衞生狀況也很不錯，床品乾淨乾爽，洗手間也打掃得很整潔，沒有任何異味。 3．裝修與佈置：我選的這間很簡約温馨，有設計感，看着舒服，像在自己家裡一樣。採光通風也很不錯，佈置不算豪華，但該有的都有，住着挺自在。 4．老闆態度：老闆態度非常好，熱情又實在。入住和退房都很順利，有問必答，回答問題不是人機感，像認識多年的朋友。需要幫助時，不管是很早或者是晚上，響應都很快，還主動介紹了些本地遊玩和吃飯的好去處，感覺非常貼心。 總的來説，這裏的環境、裝修、基礎設施、服務態度等等都很不錯，我下次來的話，還會考慮住這裏，也會推薦給朋友，全五分。"
